Sumaya... yay on blinds!! sounds like you are getting all in order at your house! For L's lunch, I pack whatever we had for supper the night before..he eats everything we eat...this week he has had roast chicken and veggies and today he had meat, rice and veggies.

Elrike..backache sucks..hope you feeling better today... hope Luwan can return to swimming soon...

Elrike: It's a tough one...what does Leon like? Maybe you can wait til he's born and see what suits him? I think Ed is quite cool. How is your back? My hip is killing me! I'm walking around like a 70 year old woman who needs a hip replacement!

Nayeela: So glad your business is going so well! I thought you did it full time! No I find out you work too!? Come on, just fess up...you are Super Woman aren't you? We have a boerboel and have had them before...my dad's dogs...and I will never get one. They are seriously dof! Have you thought about a Labrador? They are amazing dogs. There was one where we lived before and she would come call us if there was someone at the gate. When we go there to visit, she herds Colby away from dangerous areas! Really an amazing dog...and the security guys were terrified of her!

Deja - hope work gets sorted out soon! Can't you quit yet? Isn't the site making millions yet? It should be! I saw you asked about whether I'm going to do natural this time...I def want to. What is hypno-birthing all about? The name totally puts me off. I am not into hypno-anything! Would love a water birth - like I wanted last time - hopefully, this baby will co-operate and not have to be induced!

Sumayad - strongs with the sleep training. I knew exactly what Colby needed so that's why it's working for us. Maybe he needs a night light? Or less light? It may just be separation anxiety, like you think. I think go with your gut. You're prob right. To fix C's SA, I tell him I'll come to him whenever he calls. It really works. Try explaining to him when you put him down at night.. Might be the reassurance he needs.

I feel so pregnant! I was laughing last time at the 2nd time mommies, thinking...it can't be that they feel all that already! Man, was I wrong to judge!

If it's a boy, we'll name him Griffin Reece.
If it's a girl, Indigo Gemma if she has blue eyes or Zady Jane if she doesn't.

Sorry for being MIA! I see everyone has kids that are throwing tantrums Lol! I thought I was the only one with a child that is nearly impossible

I have been busy lately hence me not being around on the forum. Thanks for FB though! I managed to still get to see wat is hapenning with some of you and your babas etc.

Where do i start? Lol!

At work, one of our Business Analyst resigned so besides my manager, I am the only BA left so lots of work for me. Then my business has really taken off. I did a lighning McQueen cake which was totally gorgeous on Saturday and each wekend I have a cake / cupcakes to make until the end of June. I am so happy that people are coming back and loving my work. I can only get better

Kamilah is well. She will be 2 in 2 weeks time. Thanks skitter for the calendar! She is officially in the terrble two's! I get the worst tantrums ever but at times she can also be the sweetest little girl a well! How crazy is that! She has taken a liking at getting her hair done so now am buying head bands, pretty clips etc for her hair Lol! We have also been going to the park and her love for the didgees have grown so much as she has been playing with the pups that come to the park. Each time we leave she throws a massive tantrum as she cannot understand that we have to go home at some point and secondly the pups all have owners so we cannot take or steal any of them

DH and I have decided to get her a puppy and until we get the puppy we are not going to the park as she gets really heratbroken each and ever time. We are seriously considering a Boerboel at this stage. I know some of you will get a fright but I am doing my research and so far they seem to be the best with kids and at guarding the house. I definitely need a dog to guard the house as I dont feel that secured in the new house still. We are only going to get one once the worst of winter has passed though so we are still in the decision phase. It all might change!

The Kikkies (as K calls them) are well. They have grown nicely. They are 4 months old now and K is still smitten with them. She is a real animal lover! Cant deny that fact. Most kids would have gotten fed up with the cats after 4 months Lol! She still dotes on them.

I hope all of you are well, the pregnancies are all on track and our 2 year olds will start behaving a tad better soon!

Nadia, I did it for work. I was a first aider in 2008 but it expired so did another course and must say this one was so much better. I learnt much more.

Sumayad, so glad your home is nearly done. You should really look into doing the course. I must admit, I had an incident with Kyle on Saturday and I hit a blank. I didnt know what to do even though we learnt about it in class.

Elrike, I cant help you with the names, I also struggled with Kyle and only had his name after he was born.

Deja, I wouldnt be able to do it either as a job. Hope you get it sorted with your jb ASAP, its so stressful.

Remember I said I had another job lined up, well, just got the call, my interview is on Thursday at 10. He is taking me for breakfast so going to be so casual. If I accept, I will start in July. I will use all my leave as my notice period
