I'm making me toast now with avo on and a cuppa rooibos tea.

Sumaya: yes i am using the Acc200 now, you must dissolve half a tab in 20ml water every 4 - 6 hours. but if you use the prospan then you dont do the acc200 at night u use the prospan. The Acc200 loosens the phlegm and the prospan relaxes the chest, its working for J. I didn't give J anything last night and she was fine but this morning she had a cough again, but i think its this stupid weather

No, I'll tell you, B knows exactly what a camera does and knows how to pose. Afterward I show her the photo and she laughs. In the evening after a bath her daddy plays with her in the mirror, you should hear her screaming from excitement.

Wanted to show you the dress up shoes we bought B on our holiday weekend. Its for when she's a bit older. I remember we always had a huge box of cloths, hats, shoes etc to play dress up with, so I want to start one for B.

Ai Kiara...do you really want to know? I was just thinking that I must be mad but I'm so envious of Cinds that lost 1kg..even though it was because of the tummy bug It was nothing exciting..just a sandwich from Spar and grapes and of course a chocolate

Cinds I lost 2kg when I had that bug cause I couldnt keep even water down - it is a good diet but one that I never want to go on again

You at least had lunch i didn't even eat yet and i think i lost a kilo yesterday because i had one slice of toast at about 1 yesterday and then only ate a slice of bread this morning.

I dont think anybody's work is pleasant
