As for the age thing, maybe I should say im an inexperience mom, rather than a young mom. lol. Like you if we decide to have another one it will have to soon, age also counting against me.

Funny also didnt enjoy being pregnant. Had prenatal depression.

@ Kyoto...he will sleep through when you least expect it, then you will ask yourself what did I do right.

So it took me a while to read all the posts but here goes.

Talking: Lorelai has a high pitch scream but makes a dada en gaga sound and thats it.

Lorelai's Birth 27 Jan 2010: She was due in Feb normal birth with EPI. on the 27th of Jan i went in to the docter, bags packed and ready to give birth. Told him if she is not ready to come out today i want an induction and thats it. He looked and said the cervix was soft so i can go to the hospital. went over. he came around @ 11 and gave me the pills. @ 11:30 he felt that i was only 3cm and told the sister to call him @ 13:00 and report on how far i am if it is less than 7cm. so i have 2 hours to sleep. told the sister that i will be taking a nap. @ 12:00 she came to feel how far i was and i was fully dilated. he made me wait until 12:35 before he showed up. i push twice she was out @ 12:57. total labour time: almost 2 hours

my eldest was from 11:00 till 13:45

Sleeping Patterns: we sleep from 8 till 6 if she wakes up at night i ignore her and she goes back to sleep within 3 min max

Food: im trying Lorelai on BLW and so far it is going good.

@Kyoto: i love taking the train everyday!!! it is my wake up time and cool down time. i get to relax before i go to work and before i go home. why dont you look for a half day job or something?

How much does your little ones drink in a day? Lorelai gets a bottle in the morning (250ml) it goes with her to the day mom and i pack another in her bag. she comes home with a full one usually. and then drinks it @ 5 when she comes home and then goes to bed with 1. ive tried not giving her food and more milk, but she does not want it. on a good day she will maybe have some water but her 750ml milk is all she drinks.

so im off to a meeting hopefully i can get out of there quickly.

I'm a SAHM and I miss having that demanding job. I'm from Cape Town and I live in joburg for the past 2 years. When I read Charlotte's post yesterday on reading on the train I got so envious, miss being in cape town and travelling by train many moons ago.
Juno my pregnancy was very tiring, that last month felt like a year! The summer heat almost killed me and I spent most of the time floating around in the pool looking like a whale.

Kyoto what's a few times a night? Shame man - that's got to be tiring! I have an extremely demanding job and definitely would not be able to cope if this was the case.

Liam typically sleeps a 12 hr stretch - 6 to 6. Sorrel I've also been trying to move it out by an hour but he also just gets to tired. He hardly sleeps during the day so am assuming that this is the reason.

I've found that Liam hates pureed chicken but will eat it if it's in bigger pieces which makes for a very long dinner I gave him pasta screws for the first time last night which he found interesting. Once again though he couldn't pick it up by himself so I had to help him.

While you're a young one, I'm an old one! OK that's relative of course. Not always a good thing as although I would like to wait a couple of years before my second, that's not going to happen - probably going to start trying again in the middle of next year. I wish there was a stork as I didn't enjoy being pregnant.

Liam was an emergency c-section - he was a footling breech that decided to come early. I had planned to have natural and was pretty upset that I only met him a few hours after his birth. I also didn't react well to general anaesthetic. Probably part of the reason why I'm nervous for the second.

Morning Ladies,

My birth story, I lost my first baby at 8 weeks then my little girl at 28 weeks due to pre term labour so when i found out i was pregnant with Logan the doc discovered i had I.C. so at 14 weeks he put a mc donald stich in and was going to take it out at 38 weeks but my cervix was so swollen from the pressure of Logan that he could'nt find it so he wanted to book into theater to take it out but by that time i was so scared and uncomfortabe that i opted for a c-section and thank goodness i did Logan had gotten stuck in the bith canal and they battled to get him out, he got fluid on the lungs and went to icu for 10 days but he was finally here and safe at 3.38kg.

Logan still wakes up twice during the night for his bottle, has a little drink and then back off to sleep. He also loves the orange veggies and mash with gravey

Sorrel you are so lucky to have your baby sleep through. We had a good night, Luke only woke up twice. Im still breastfeeding so i wake up pop the boobie in and we both fall asleep again. He woke up at six this morning chatting away and when i didn't give him attention he started pulling my hair naughty monkey.
He loves he's veggies too, except carrots and he eats lots of fruit. I've also introduced bits of chicken at dinner times.
