Hey Kyoto!

Me too Juno, my child think that all that is out there to eat is orange veggies and potato. I know recently introduced chicken to him. I must watch him for allergies. Dont know where he got it from, his dad nor I have any. Really want to start blw soon.

My birth story is also simple. Really wanted to go normal, but it was not in the cards for us. Jordan was 4kg at birth. The day before his due date my gynea suggested that we rather go the c-section route because of his weight. Think it was the best decision we made, because I knew he would have struggled.

Kyoto, Jordan as of late is sleeping through. The only problem is, its from 6 to 5. Really want to swing it from 7/8 - 6/7, but to no avail. He is just too tired.

Im still a young mom and go with the flow, taking advise here and there. Maybe some of the more experience moms can assist you with your sleeping pattern question.

Our house is semi baby proof. I've bought the plastic plug covers because that was the first thing Luke discovered and tried to put his fingers into. I also have cabinet latches on the bathroom cupboards and see through masking tape on the drawers in the bedrooms - so far it seems to have done the trick. I have to watch him all the time because he is constantly discovering new things.

My birth story was pretty simple. Had an uncomplicated "elective" c-section. I call it a "bullied" c-section. Luke was a week overdue and the gyne decided it was the best option. He weighed 4.1 kg's and was healthy - which at the end of the day was all that mattered.

How are your babies sleeping patterns?? Mine still wakes up a few times a night for a feed, is it normal?

Wow Sorrel crawling already! I can’t wait until Liam is mobile but realise I may be eating those words once he is! He hasn’t started teething yet though has had what I think is a dribble rash for the last 2 weeks. I’m actually sadly lacking in the food department. I tend to stick very much to the basics though I am doing simple dishes. One of Liam’s favourites is sweet potato and cinnamon. Very easy just bake a potato in its skin until tender. Chop into squares and sprinkle with cinnamon.

As far as baby proofing our house well that’s going to be an interesting one as we seem to be in a permanent state of building! We’re living in a cottage while the main house is being built and the kitchen is of a design where not a lot of cupboards are used – definitely no where near babyproof. It doesn’t help when a game my partner plays with Liam is how to open a cupboard!

Hey Sam snap! Liam was also born on 19 Jan – should have been 23 Feb. He’s quite a way from crawling I would say – he doesn’t like being on his stomach. From what position do they start crawling? Those teeth are also not appearing yet.

Hi Kyoto. Nice to meet you. Another crawler! Jeez Liam has a little catching up to do! How about a pic by the way?

So what’s happening in the speech department with the babies – Liam is making the most hilarious sounds. He keeps us in stitches a lot of the time.

it is so funny watching him revers all over and wriggle n jiggle but i try not laugh too much...
