Juno - thanks for the thumbs, I should know by Friday for the interviews... yes 4 teeth and a lot of bad bad bad nappies and her bum looks like a red war zone...

LOL Juno - Lorelai use to sleep on our bed as well, Amandalynn did not want to sleep in a cot so i took one of those huge continental pillows and have her sleep on that on the floor.

Kyoto - Remember the longer the teeth take to come out the healthier they are.

Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Im a halfday working mom of 2 wonderful little girls, most days I just smile and nod and pretend that I know what I'm doing as a parent, but we all know its not true...

Lorelai Charlotte Nortje - 27 January 2010
Decided to start trying for another baby - 08 October 2016

Kyoto yes starting to think that maybe we should go to the U2 concert! Where are the red zone tickets? Wow so Jhb is totally sold out! Apparantly their biggest concert this year. Don't stress to much about Luke - he's going to be older so hopefully will be better. Just make sure he spends lots of time with your mom beforehand.

No haven't watched that series - sounds amazing. I am totally fascinated with these tiny little beings that manage to pull through. Did you read the post where I spoke about those twins who were born at 25wks?

Juno, have you watched the series "Child of our time" on BBC? there is a baby on there named Helena, she was born at 25 weeks, the only surviving triplet. Doctors had no hope for her but her parents never gave up. They gave her constant stimulation and therapy and now ten years later she is one of the most advanced kids of the group. Its a real sweet story.

Hi Girls

Hope you are all well and enjoying babies. Glad we are all past the 9 month injections, now just for the side effects. Still don't have a new blackberry so I'm bound to a laptop :( Got my U2 red zone tickets on Saturday - yippee!! So I'll definately be in Cape Town in February. Promised my little sister if she stood in the queue for the tickets I'd take her with. I'm already stressing out now about who's going to look after Luke, hopefully my mom, never left him with anyone before for more than an hour.

Luke is doing well, no signs of teeth yet. He eats really well but still the sleep is a problem.

How is everyone else doing?

Hi all - good weekends I hope.

I did a 5km run  (was meant to be 10km) on Saterday and just about died. I am used to running on tarmac and this was a cross country in the winelands - stunning location but LOTS of uphill so didn't really even appreciate the view!! Well at least it should contribute to my weight loss - am now on a diet!

EM a Blackberry is a very cool gift!

Sorrel - yes this week is hectic for me but have to get my Moomie fix :) Suddenly getting an influx of new projects (I am a sole trader so can't delegate the work) which I'm dreading..Know I should be happy but I am just so desperate to have a 6 month sabatical!! By the way looks like hubby is settling a bit with regards to me taking Liam out alone so if you're still keen let me know.

Charlotte - good luck x 100!! Holding thumbs..

4 teeth already! Does she get a lot of pain?

Liam has been taking his day time naps on my bed and not in his cot. Got such a fright on Sat when he was just not sleeping and I walked in to find his head just about hanging over the side of the bed :( and we have this really hard teracotta tiles. So that puts an end to that. He kind of does this backbend movement and flips all over the bed - still refuses to rollover though.

Went to Primi yesterday and ordered Liam his first meal :) bowl of roasted veg. Discovered he loves tomato - and garlic.

Have a good day and I'll pop in again tonight..
