Boys are doing much better after all the meds and so forth sleeping better....!

Llewellyn has been crawling for about 3 weeks now or should I say we call him pull a long he
leoperd crawls everywhere he want's to be but real fast, Aiden started on friday also just pulling
a long. At least I don't have to carry them everywhere anymore.

Llewellyn is a reall busy body he tires me out most days. Aiden will play and mind his own business.

Frances-Jane's Eisstedfod went well she got 80%

Don't really have much to say boys are loving there veggies finally got a hand blender to blend there veggies
There favourites are veggies and weetbix-they just love it

Sorry I've been MIA. Just hectic with 2 tots!

Sterretjie - my heart aches for you. So similar to my dad's passing. It is unreal. The memories will last forever! I hope your mom is ok! Always here if you need to chat, I really do understand! xxx

Wow, all our babas are getting so big! Nathan is 9 months today and although I havent had him weighed in a month, he is about 7kg. He was 6,2kg a month ago. He is solid though even though he is not big, and so healthy. Of course the usual snotty nose and that but so far, so good!

He is almost crawling. Gets on all fours and also moves from sitting into crawling position all the time now. He crawls one or 2 steps and then puts his head down. I cant leave him on the bed, he moves around too much!

He is loving his food. Second babies are really easy, you just give most things and worry so much less.

Sarah turns 2 next week. 2 going on teenager! Cheeky, girls!!!! Very clever and just loves her brother (most of the time).

Glad to hear everyne is doing better, I hope summer is here. The winter was rough for so many!

Hope you are all well and you LO’s are also well?
Thanks so much for all the thoughts and prayers. Yes, it has been quite a journey the last couple of weeks and it just showed me again that life is so short.
My Dad’s passing came as such a shock especially as he wasn’t sick. My mom was still by me and was supposed to fly back on the 20th of August. I spoke to my dad on the 17th and he was fine. My mom spoke to him on the 18th and he still told her that he must cut the lawn that day. According to the neighbours he did cut the grass and one of the ladies in the street still spoke to him on the 18th as she popped in by my folks to say hi to my mom. He still told her that he finished the front lawn but will do the back lawn later as the grass is still wet.
My mom sms’ed him before going to bed (18/08) but didn’t get a reply back but she thought he was asleep already as they go to bed early. My mom contacted me on at about 08:30 to hear if I have heard anything from my dad because she already sms’ed him 4 times and no reply.
Long story short, I contacted the neighbours but he couldn’t get into the house as everything except the back door was locked (my folks always kept the back door half opened during the day for the dog to go in and out). Eventually I contacted the Police and they together with the neighbour went in and the neighbour phoned me at 09:45 to tell me that my dad passed away. I have always dreaded the day that I will receive the news that my mom or dad has passed away but when I got the message it just felt so unreal.
I went home and as soon as opened the gate to drive in my mom new that something is wrong. Any way, we flew down to Cape Town the same afternoon. When I switched on my Dad’s PC there was an article of the two Albatros planes that went into the mountain and the heading of the article was “They didn’t even knew they were dying” – for me it was a message that my dad also didn’t knew that he was dying and that it happened to quickly that he couldn’t even get his phone out etc.
We all have this calm feeling about my Dad’s passing and we are all holding on to the memory of a great husband, a great father and a very very proud Granfather.

Carmen, they are very different.

i started giving them Crech Guard, my lot havent been sick since (touch wood) as they had already been on liek 2 rounds of antibiotics this winter and would be gettign sick from others, so for me I "think" it has helped. you give uit mon-fri, but I might even start givig it every second day with summer coming up.
