Vix, almost time to change the name... cant believe we are half way through Feb already!

AFM, going better today so far, the bicycle excercises and assisting nathan to pass wind by pushing his legs into his tummy, really seems to be helping. We got 4 hour gaps between sleeps last night, and feeds only took 20 mins. It was wonderful!

More personals later, for now, getting lunch ready for kids...

We are having a family shoot at the Botanical Gardens on saturday the lady is charging me R350 and all the photos she takes isn't that great can't wait only prob we have to be there at 9 but I am sure it will be worth it I love doing family photo's

The boys casts fell of over the weekend so have to take them back again today
