Hey ladies!

Asp, hope the heartburn is better today!

Lizelle, hope you feeling better today about baba, just eat, eat, eat!! I dunno if any other girls have noticed anything similar, maybe I do because Im carryign different sexes, but you know how people always say, boys prefer this type of food and girls prefer this, well, when my lb was much smaller than the girls I ate alot of veggies and his growth shot to the middle and one gilr was then smaller, and after that it just happened that we ate quite a bit of junkfood and the lb went down to being the smallest again, I always thought there was myth to that, but just maybe, so now if I eat junk food, I make a bowl of veggies :) So Lizelle, eat, eat hun, hope you are feeling better xx

Carmen, lol @ the sunroof, as Vix says it does make the c-sec sound more glamourous :)

Binx, glad you are doing so well, is this pregnancy any different to your first? Sounds like smooth sailing for you?

Sterretjie, glad your baby is growing so nicely!!

LOL ladies, Im glad Im not the only one about them twin ladies, seems most of us have only gone up a size :) Good to know ;)

Anyway, our babies room is about 80% done, just need to put up the shelves and frames and the duvet, oh and also sort out the cupboards once babyshower is here YAY, it was quite surreal seeign all the cots up and everything, i said to my sister that looking at it all I can say is "I cant believe 'I' am having 3 babies.

Chat soon, have a great day!

Binks- nice to see you hun! I'm not surprised your boobs didn't go down after Arwen, such a small gap your body was probably still packed with hormones. I for one was still getting milk when I fell pregnant this time. They say it can take 14m after a birth for your hormones to return to normal.

Asp- I'm so pleased the mag/ calc helped the cramps, I think it's important to get the right balance of taking both or it doesn't work.

Chan- IF you do have to have a C-sec definately check out as much advice as you can get, I had a days notice and it wasn't nearly enough for me to think about what it would entail so I had to learn as I went along.

Asp- I hope the hypnobirth book helps you. I think it's amazing that even though you had a painful birth the first time you're still so strong and sure you want to go natural again this time. I have a friend who had a not so nice 1st birth naturally so opted for an elective C-sec the second time and she told me after that she had never experienced anything quite like the C-sec and if she could do it all over again she would not choose the C-sec. Almost everyone I know who had natural 1st then C-sec second tells me never again, they will always choose natural over C-sec.

Carmen- I love the sunroof or exhaust comment but it makes C-sec sound so much more glamourous than an exhaust birth LOL

I am getting a lot of cramps in my lower abdomen today, I wonder what these tweenies are up to today. It's so weird how different 2 pregnancies can be, nothing is at all like my 1st pregnancy.

Asp - glad the cal-mag combo is working!
Lizelle - hope on the better equipment your Dr will get a more accurate reading.
Vix - thanks for the tips.

When I went to the babsense seminar earlier this year - on presenter said that you either give birth through the sunroof or the exhaust! thought it was so funny!

Chan I might have missed something but if you have cramps at night take caltrate, it is calcium and magnes that are missing. I do and no cramps or alot of jurking anymore. Our sex life is almost a no no at this stage im to uncomfortable.
