Jan/Feb 2011 Mommies (Nov & Dec 2010 early babes)

I've got an appointment with Maryke on Monday @ 14h00 for a scan!!!! WWOOOOOHOOOOO I'm going to find out if its a boy or girl at last - the suspense is killing me!

(i know its wrong but I'm really hoping for another boy!) but if its a girl then I'll be fine too.

Morning All

So, my LG is teething and is really sick and not sleeping well. And I am in such a fowl mood - must be the no sleeping! I have been fighting non stop with Hubby since Sundaynight. Can see he really doesn't know what to do anymore....

Morning ladies,

I probably won't be online much today because DH has taken the PC in for an udate and my BB is sooooooo slow. But I will at least catch up now.

MommyN- so pleased SJ's birthday went well, keep forgetting to say, the pics on FB are gorgeous.

I have a lot of busy weekends but not all hectic just have plans for most of them like this weekensd we're going away but just to relax at mum's farm. Next weekend I want to take C to the Zoo before I'm too big to waddle round it, then 2nd wedding, 3rd baby shower, 9th baby shower, 16th C's birthday, 20th my birthday, 30th 2nd birthday party to attend. Then I get a bit of a break and 13th my *unt is over from the UK for 2 weeks, then it's December and the twins are here. Weekdays I really need to pull finger and make some things for the twins.

Chan- so pleased everything is well with Kade and yay for Kyra and her sleeping through in her own room! Mommy's big girl!

Chris- I had that tight belly feeling like there wasn't even going to be room to grow more, I think about 20w but suddenly it all became a bit looser again so my friend there will be some relief for you I hope. It's definately weird feeling a movement high and low at the same time, make you realise there really is more than 1 in there.

Yvette- Hi friend, did you buy that pram? I can't wait to set mine up and use it LOL I want to make a mozzie net and block out cover to go over the front so I don't battle with tucking a blanket over the front but we'll see how much time I get. I am having to make myself an outfit to attend a wedding and it's hard to find something that covers this belly without making a tent.

Mommieliz- welcome! This is a really great group of ladies! Loving them already and we've only been chatting for a few months. I am based in Gauteng and am expecting my 2nd.........and 3rd. Where are you based?

SH- I can't wait for an update on the twins, I really hope everything is still perfect and you get to see the sexes! A 3D is basically the same quality of scan but you get pictures not a movie.

O.k I can't see who posted about their big fat baba and being booked in on 23rd Dec....... I think maybe Marie but I will just go back and check. So pleased baba is nice and big! My Dr never gives me a weight estimation, he did it once with C and I freaked out cos it was low so he refused to do it again but my boy still came out a fair size so I don't even want to know what weight he thinks the twins are, as long as their bone structure is growing on par I will be happy, No use stressing over something I can't change.

For the last two days I have these "stunning" puffy ankles at night - at least I recognise my ankles in the morning when they are back to normal again - could either be water or the extra weight?!
One of the ladies at work is almost 14 weeks and constantly "naar" - I feel so sorry for her

SH - Hope all is well with you and your babies.

I went for my 24 weeks check-up yesterday. Baby is doing well. My gynae is very happy with his progress. She said that baby is going to be really big, he already weighs 829g.

I have booked my hospital bed for the 23rd Dec, so I will be in hospital during Christmas weekend, not so nice but at least DH will be with me most of the time.

I honestly don't know how I am going to manage right up until December. I am so uncomfortable already. At the rate baby is growing I am going to be huge in December.
