Vix - LOL people's reactions must be so amusing! The other hospital is closer, the one the gynea is at is awkward to get to. To get there in traffic will be a challenge.

Chris- appointment? who are you seeing today? what did i miss?

Ha ha so i will probably look like the beached whale on saturday then LOL ag the boys are growing at a regular rate, they are actually even ever so slightly just under what they should be but i carry my pregnancies very high and i suppose with nothing sitting down in my pelvis it all flops out forward. It was the same with my son. My pelvis is very narrow and i suppose it's just not comfortable to be all squished so low. I'm not very tall either so everything comes forward, not that I am really worried. I love it when i go shopping and people ask 'when are you due?' and i say oh only December they give this ghastly look of 'wow you're flippin huge' then only do i tell them but there are 2 babies LOL i just love to see peoples reactions!

Carmne, YAY! Glad all went well, and congrats on team pink! Aaah, and I love the name Mia, dh doesn't like it either, so no use in trying. Names are a BIG thing!

Vix, I saw Maryke on Saturday and she's carring quite small if you are similar in week gestations, but boys are sometimes bigger, and you have 2. I think you are carrying big, but it means you have big healthy boys!!

Kiika, I had a good chuckle at your post, we know it wasn't meant for any other reason other than your excitement

Hooe everyone is well.

Maryke - well done to Frances-Jane -fully potty trained! yay.

I went for the amnio yesterday - all went well- she did a scan before the amnio - and lo growth is perfect- she shows 15w exactly. after the amnio she checked again for any bleeding or any distress - there was none. It just felt like a big injection went the needle went in and was pulled out. Will get the results in 3 weeks.
the Dr again said it's a girl

I am a little irritated - the name I thought DH husband and I agreed on, it now seems DH doesn't want it. I wanted to name LO Mia. Now I have to start looking for names again.

We may also change hospitals, I will have to check if my gynea has privileges there, if not I may have to changes gyneas.

i am at home taking it easy today after the amnio.

Kimika- don't stress, it's really not the end of the world and as i explained to the other ladies, it's not a closed group meeting it was just a few friends who basically all got close chatting here, i think nearly all of us were in the TTC thread at the same time so we all have something in common, it's like the westrand mommies meet and the oct/nov mommies meet, we don't go along to all of them because they are little meets for people who have things in common and have been chatting for a while. I'm sure the other ladies understood.

I am going on Saturday, really can't wait just to have a toddler free coffee date to be honest but secretly can't wait to see Maryke & Chris' tummies LOL no one is telling me I'm carrying small for twins so I'm sure I'm huge in comparison.
