i buy dry mac material from the big fabric store here by me, it's really nice and lightweight and is completely water proof then i sew a cotton sheeting on top so any spills get soaked into the cotton but do not penetrate the dry mac material. works like a charm.

i bought mine for R299 at baby city but that was for C so don't know the latest price.

Chris- you will struggle to find any twin pram that will fit the car seats unless you go for a twin travel system but then you're looking at R12,000.

what i will do is take them out of the car seats and lay them in the pram if i am going shopping or anywhere i need the pram but i will take the seats out of the car if they are sleeping for times like when i get home or visit family or friends, anywhere i won't use the pram.

what i did with my boy was feed and burp him then lay him in his car seat if i was soon about to go out, that way i could pick up the car seat, strap it in and go without waking him, if got to my destination and it was say the Dr's i would just carry the car seat in rather than mess around with the pram through doorways etc.

Vix, I completely agree with what you say, I just bit my tongue, and its not the first tim she said it to me. I will not even consider taking that risk!

Vix, do you know if the snug and safes fit into most of the twin prams? I also want to avoid taking baby in and out like that, but rather in the car seat, especially with 3, ist alot easier than having to cover, strap and secure 3 babies, whereas you can just put the carseat in and secure. We haven't bought that yet cos we still waiting and deciding on which twin pram to buy.

Meags, it would be great if I coud like like that! but however, I do think Im going to look like a beached whale, but if it means my babies are good weights its worth it.

Vix, I think with death, especially when its someone so close to you, in time you learn to cope with them not being around, you dont ever come to terms with them being gone, but you learn how to handle your emotions, it helps to see the positive and not the negative.

How are all the other ladies?

I found such a stunning camp cot (graco one) online and wanted to order it, it was $137 (which works out to over just R1000, then obviously would have to add extra charges for delivery, but they were out of stock. The search continues...

Carmen- we cancel;led our Vitality a long time ago because we figured it was a waste of money so i won't get a bag but to be honest I really don't mind! Are you claiming some of your consultations and scans on PMB list? I can email you the form if you need it?
