MAryke, hope th eboys are feeling a bit better and hope you are too.

MommyN, hope things pass soon with SJ, it could be a phase at that age, but my sisters little one who is nowjust oover 2 yrs still bites and she does it on purpose, my sister has to bite her back to feel it cos that child feels nothing, its terrible to do (and say), but she might realise how it feels to be pinched and bit if you do it back to her, problem is, its not Nathan biting her back, its you.

The babies are fine, going for their jabs this week Wed. Athena still complains when drinking. Last night she went 7hours without eating or sleeping!!! And this with crying inbetween, eventually I just had to give her colic mix to relax her and then she passed out and I managed to feed her her full bottle, but do I have to keep giving her that stuff so she can eat?? Aai.

On the other hand, we have been leaving them at night and they are doing well, they might have the odd night where they wake 3 hourly, but last week a few nights they slept long. Athena goes 4hours, alexia 6 and Alessamdro 5-6, but last night they did well, I think athena only slept long was because of the colic mix. alexia and Alessandro slept from 20h30 to 2 then 2/3 to 7. athena at at 18h30 (not full bottle cos she fought) and then only again at 2am and that was because I gave her the bennets. The other 2 I dont mind leaving, but Athena not really cos she is smaller and doesn't drink as much as the others and then she doens't drink her daily recommended amounts. Does anyone go by it somewhat? I feel bad to leave babies longer than 6 hours at a time (I thnk also cos first paed said they can sleep for 6, not longer).

Anyway, I love this weather, I can finally dress babies in somethig a bit warmer, our place gets soo hot that they have been living in short sleeves.

Hi girls, maryke i hope your babies are doing better today. My babies had their injections on fri- no probs. Jamie gained 650g in 2w and now weighs 3.65! Gemma gained 500g in 2w and now weighs 4.5! Went for our first real outing yesterday- went to zoo lake with our babes- nice to get out a bit. Hope everyone has a great day!

Maryke hope the boys feel better soon, it really not so nice when they sore.

MommyN I feel the same some times, just for a few hours its ok. Arwen was ma vas this weekend but she cutting eye teeth had a temp of 39.

Vix only 4 days left till kitchen D day, How are the boys.

Vanya well shots didnt bother her this weekend was a real sweetie, just decided that at 3:30 this morning she wants to stay awake and watch tv for 2 hours, now im waiting for her to fall asleep.

Maryke - Glad to hear that the operations was ok. Hope that the pain is not too bad for your babies.

MommyN - Thashreya does the same, we have to watch her as the other day she scratched Shrevash open on his hand. I guess once Shrevash is able to play with her then it won't be so bad.

Shrevash is doing well, he seems to be over the gastric virus. Thashreya fell on her face yesterday and hurt her lip, so today her lip is abit swollen.

Maryke, hope the boys bounce back real quickly and hope the whole prcedure is not as long as expected!

AFm, home alone for next week, at least I can moomie at anytime without questions...

But, boy, what a weekend, Nathan has decided he WILL not sleep during the day, he WILL only use Mommy as a dummy and he is MA VAS!

Missy is jealous, started biting, pinching and pulling. Gotta watch her now with Nathan. Lets hope it is just a phase! I wonder how to deal with her and out of frustration pinched her back!

Please please PLEASE let the kids sleep tonight! Last night was a nightmare and we had friends who wanted to kuier and kuier until 1am - and then as they were leaving Sarah and Nathan were awake and I got them to sleep at 90 mins later only to have them both wake up at 5am again! Argh!

Hi gals

The boys doing fine just very niggely but I think the worst is still to come cause in hospital they had morphine for the pain with suppositories and stopayne now we just have suppositories and stopayne to control the payne ooohhhh girls it's terrible having ops at this age aiden screamed the whole day yesterday and his pain threshold isn't as good as Llewellyn Aiden's pulse was 180 the whole night sometimes 201 and Llewellyn was 145. Aiden hyperventilated again but didn't need oxygen just needed to give meds to bring the pain down to calm his heartrate down but he was full of smiles this morning but later the afternoon he was a bit mizzy shame but the meds help them to stay a bit calm

They had a bit of a temp this afternoon and Llewellyn was a bit niggely only gave a bit of stopayne and then with there bath a suppository

Ok remind me never to listen to hubby again to explain prosedures for me conserning there medical states eish, last week when we left the docter I heard they have the op 2 weeks later they have the stiches removed then cast for 4 weeks they go in again and then cast for another 4 weeks, hubby hears operation 2 weeks later stiches removed then casts for 3 months again manipulation casts for 3 months was a argument in the car on the why home but eventually sided with him, yesterday I asked her again what happens now and she explained 2 weeks stiches removed then cast for 4 weeks then manipulate again cast for another 4 weeks so that gives us a total of 10 weeks but if the manipulations isn't going well they might still need it for another 4 weeks not 6 months! I am very happy about that!

gotta run they moan and groaning like only men can do it
