Jan/Feb 2011 Mommies (Nov & Dec 2010 early babes)

Hi all

Just took Vanya for her 10w shots poor babe, she is 6.10kg and 61cm. Arwen was 5.58kg but 63cm and she was born shorter than Vanya, I have a short fatty on my hands.

Glad all is ok.

Suriya @ aaaa I feel for you!! I really do! I've been back at work for a while now and its HECTIC doing baby, kiddo and work!! My hubby helps a lot with the kids. But its still a lot of pressure, I keep on telling myself that when W gets older it will get easier... Don't be hard on yourself, sleep when you can... and I feel that if I leave the dishes in the sink cause I'm damn tired.. THEN SO BE IT!

Maryke - it was so nice to finally meet you and I had a great afternoon - thanks again to you too. Thanks for all the advice especially re the bouncer. I went to Baby City this morning and abused DH credit card (I told him about how stunning the bouncer works and he told me to go for it - DH always think I'm broke because I always say I don't have money but mean while back at the ranch I save my money ). I just finished putting it together and cannot wait for Madam to sleep in it. LOL re your DH - sh!t they are just all the same - sit with their asses on the couch and want to give their 2 cents (and we all know 2 cents are worth nothing these days). I miss DH when he is not around but when he is I always think "why don't you just go back because you just complain and work on you laptop". MEN

Maryke - good luck for tomorrow - we will all be thinking of you, DH and the boys (they are so cute).

Yvette - your LO is growing nicely

AFM not much happening. Shame one of my friends at work had her baby yesterday. She sms me last night to say that they couldn't do a spinal as they were struggling to get the needle in and eventually they had to put her out (that doesn't sound right but you know what I mean) and she couldn't experience the entire birth. I think she is actually glad it happend like that because she was very scared of giving birth.

Maryke @ jip, I had him tested! I thought he had flu and nothing was helping... took him to the dr 3 times in one week. So stupid, cause only at the third visit (I had MIk with me) the dr said.... ooo but wasn't she (Mik) an allergic baby?? Changed his milk, had him on allergy meds for 3 days and VOILA! He got better instantly!! I blamed myself for it cause I should have thought that he will have the same kind of thing! Especially when he got sick and NOTHING helped!

haha.. you go girl!! I would have loved to have seen your dh face when you told him to go look for his supper in the fridge!! wwaaaahhhhaaa

AFM We've had a great night!! Wian slept from 6 till 4!! WOOHOOOO!!! I fed him at 4 and he slept again till 7! Hubby and I have this joke going that the kids have agreed between the two of them that we are not allowed to sleep late on weekends! They are both up and wide awake by 5 on a Saturday and Sunday but in the week neither of them wants to get up before 7! Now explain that to me!

After reading my post again, I sound very spoilt compared to all of you that are dealing with 2 or more kids all on your own. Sorry about the ranting, I guess its the lack of sleep that making me really tired. Shrevash is still waking up every 2 hours at night. Last night Thashreya kept waking up often as well.

Hi Ladies, how are you all doing?

Talking about getting upset with DH, well I bought a toddler bed for Thashreya the other day, that night DH was to put it together. When he started he kepted on moaning at how difficult it was, eventually I ended up putting most of it together.

Shrevash is feel much better now, he is full of giggles and smiles again. I weighed him yesterday, he weighs 6 kg.

Chris - love the A-teams pics. They are so beautiful. I can't believe how big they have gotten.

MommyN - I am settling back in at work. However I am so tired all the time that I can't seem to focus. I do appreciate all my mom's help but it was so different when Thashreya was born. When she was born my mom did almost everything for her. She would even bath her, etc. But now that Shrevash is here my mom just refuses to do anything when I get home. So by the time I see to both Thashreya and Shrevash, and get them to bed, its already past 9 or 10 pm. When I then get into bed I am so tired that I just pass out.

maryke, you make me laugh! nic eone on putting DH in his place! i do that too sometimes but normally end sin a fight, because he hates it when i try wear the pants! dork.

weighed emily today - she weighs 5980g and ashley weighed 5380g at 10 weeks. em is also taller and head circum if bigger too. so i have a another big tall girl on my hands.

hope everyone is ok. i am moeg tonight so i am going to bed just now. got about R1000 of eBucks to spend tomorrow! yay! LUUUUVVVV spending money! not that eBucks is actual cash, but still. i'm talking tired crap now. nite everyone xxx
