This is used to help promote more milk when you are breastfeeding...

1 litre of boiled water

1 litre of apple or any other juice but not acidic juice

1 sachet Blackcurrent rehydrate

60 mls schlehen berry elixier

8/10 drops of rescue remedy

You will need a 2 litre container.. This amount should be used in 24 hours

KEEP IN THE FRIDGE.

I add in 1 or 2 effervescent vitamin tablets

Thats stuff is amazing , i have been drinking it for about a week ans definately see improvement have been exlusively breastfeeding ands its going really well ! My little bubba feed about every 2-3 hours during the day and at night she only wakes up every 4 or so

I have not been posting on here a lot but did write once or twice before

Our daughter Skye was born on 29th June 3.98kgs 52 cm (1 week before due date) , i had natural 6 hour labour and managed with no pain relief with the help on my DH and fantastic midwives Cheryl Rowe and Annie , we were home 2 hours after delivery , Skye is 6 weeks now has grown 7 cms and her weight is 5.5kg

Oh boy I am tired! More 'vaak'. Had general, but dh was there, and he cut the cord! Will do more pics tomorrow.
