Still so depressed about Kaylae's baby . Woke up at night thinking about what she is going through. And then realised that we cannot take anything for granted. Reaching 28 weeks (like I did this week) doesn't mean everything will be OK.

Solo, believe me, I can feel those long legs kick... Thanks for the anomaly scan explanation. I like to believe that my gynae is so good that she can immediately see if there is something that needs to be investigated further. I actually like the fact that she doesn't overdo things, if you understand what I mean. For example, some gynaes will do an amnio on women over 35 as a rule, where she will make a decision based on the screening results. LOL, I also get those "gosh, I'm pregnant" moments, and I have been there before.

MsDee, you need more than long legs to become a super model . From what I can see she has my facial features (round face...), so I do not see any future in modelling for her...

Esmari, nice of DH to help with the cakes. Think I will also have to make use of my DH's help when I decide to try a birthday cake. I dread baking a kiddies birthday cake...

MsDee that is one thing that I'm dreading - everyone thinking that your belly is open to touching etc. What is it that convinces everyone that once you are pregnant you don't own your body anymore? Can you imagine going up to a woman that isn't pregnant and brushing/touching/rubbing her tummy? You'd be up for harrassment!! So what changes when you are carrying a baby? If anything it should be worse to touch a pregnant belly because of your precious cargo.

Esmari and Solo, Kaylae story just broke my heart. I mean after the first trimest you just think this is it and then this...

Some person decided they just had to brush my tummy! I mean honestly now. I've never even said 2 words to this person and even if i had could she not ask first? I was so angry for a while i could not even speak.

Oh Esmari you crack me up, I'm totally finished now! Not only talented, but super mega talented to make those cakes without a recipe or template!! Well done wow!!!!! Respect...

Uhm Solo, would you believe me if I tell you there is no recipe for that plane cake? Dh just shaped it for me, and I iced it. I baked two ovenpan cakes.
