TaNasha a doppler can usually only be used after 12 weeks. And even then, if you cant find the HB, dont stress over it as that little bean is so small and moves so much, it can be difficult to pick it up!!
From 16 weeks you can definitely hear it

Claire, how soon did you find a hb on your doppler?
I bought an angelsounds one but cant find anything, im also not sure where to put it, i tried where the gynea put it for the scan, but still nothing...

Pleasure Solo (my risk was 1 in 1274 so you know for sure - I checked at home) and I agree with Phillippa jane - the lack of a nasal bone can indicate downs too as well as the bladder measurement (I forgot - sorry it was about 10 weeks ago now) .
