Philipajane the ham and mayo sounds delicious!! I was also on a very low fat, watching of the carbs diet and now all I am craving is savoury sandwiches!!! I started off by craving Woolies egg mayo sandwiches and when I found myself buying one every day I quickly put a stop to that! Wow, I'll be HUGE if I don't stick to being careful and eating healthily.

Sunrise I can't help worrying about everyone here! LOL If someone goes MIA - I worry Can't help it!!!!!

I'm going to try the fruit and all bran thing MsDee. Anything to get rid of this waterlogged bloated feeling.
