Laurakim and Esmari, it's my first baby and my belly started expanding at 8 weeks - I wear very loose clothes because I don't want people to ask and see the look on their faces when they hear how far along I am My mom kept saying it must be twins - which luckily it's not.

Afm: I still so tired and we're going to the 30 Seconds to Mars concert tomorrow night. I don't know how I'm going to stay awake and enjoy the show. It only starts at 8:30, and lately I've been going to bed at 9.

Wow Claire, dont know how you are doing it! I am so scared of needles. You lucky you can see your doc on saturdays. Mine doesnt work saturdays.

Laurakim, I am also on nr3. Wonder if I will show quickly. With the holidays coming up its then going to be difficult to hide from everyone!

Afm. Seems like I feel nauseus all day. Might be the progesterone. My skin looks wonderful. No breakouts. Before pregnancy it was quite bad. I do hope I dont get acne from the progesterone. Its one of the side effects.

Ok, have to get up now. Kids are helping themselves in the kitchen. And I have to fold and iron laundry today. Grrr.

Must say all of you are great. Thank you for your support.

Meags & Claire, you definitely helped made it easy for me to do what I need to do. & I spoke to my man about it & surprise, surprise he said he fully agrees with me, he just thought I was happy with the gynae hence he never said anything.

@Philipajane. My bloating started about 2 weeks ago. Mine was even painful. But since the weekend i started drinking plenty of water, eating fruit, all-brans & I only eat small meals. But about 6 meals instead of just 3. My stomach is now flat again (at 13 wks) & I feel super!

I must say I love the 2nd trimester. MS gone, hormones no longer raging. Just wondering when I'll start showing

Let me try & go back to sleep, I'm up every night between 2:00 & 3:00. Think my internal alarm clock is malfunctioning. LOL!

Philippa - I think we bloat a lot in 1st trimester, its good you still fit in most of your stuff - will save money on maternity clothes yay no more exams - my last is tomorrow.

Solo - I was wondering about yr scan, that is so awesome you saw the heartbeat... yay! no one can prepare you for the overwhelming emotion...

Hi Karien; Esmari and all the other ladies I did not mention.

AFM: no news, next scan on Sat with gynae, got questions because I inject clexane (because of multiple mc's) every night and this tummy is getting too tight to inject now lol.
