Green tea is ok in moderation - you can have 200mg caffiene a day and green tea has caffiene - not sure how much, I would rather give it a skip for rooibos or other herbal teas:) have you worked out the ticker thing? shout if you need help

Finally I got my blood test results yesterday and it was confirmed that I'm 3-4 weeks preggies. I've been trying for 3yrs (unexplained infertility) and finally God blessed me .

I would like greet all the ladies by asking a first question in this forum. Is it fine to drink green tea if you are preggy?
