DH away in Jhb for the day, so I had to do the morning school run. Difficult with the 2. Children, I have to walk M in school and so I have to also take S into the school.

I booked a place for S to start in September, when I will be returning to work

Solo- so pleased that baby turned! Have you unpacked all your goodies from the baby shower. Sounds like you had a lovely time.
I never used the carriwell gell pads or breast pads. I hope that baby city accepts them being returned.

Karienh- where are you having baby? At the mediclinic they give you a baby bag full of goodies including nappies which baby uses at the hospital. I took so much stuff unnecessarily to the hospital.

Laurakim- I so enjoyed reading your blog! Pick 'n pay is normally quite nice to shop at, but their customer service is not so great.
Hope your cramps subside. How is Cameron? I took M to the ENT on Tuesday, he has glue ear, and I have to take him back in a month.

MsDee- any signs?

Solo - glad your baby turned - I'm sure that's good even if you do choose a csec. I keep forgetting to mention it but the other day I read in a Cosmo, or some mag, about the fear of labour. It's called tocophobia and is an actual fear. Maybe BF will be more understanding if you can give it a name

Poor Weeskind - I hope she doesn't have to wait too long.

Laurakim, thanks for the answer on the nappies - I have a pack in, but thought if I don't need it, I'll take it out to save space. How your boy gets well soon and that the cramps stop.

Thank you MsDee - I feel much better today. Made a list last night of everything that needs to be done and life looks much brighter I'm actually getting excited about tomorrow. Just waiting for the sister to call me back and confirm a time.

Karienh how are you feeling? what will you be doing today? Do you still have a few things to sort out and get ready?

Solo my baby has also turned and I was abit dissapointed when I heard this- there goes my c-section! But I guess I will just have to push her out like millions of other women have done, eeeekkk!

MsDee any signs yet?

So I saw the midwife and she said my cervix has dropped which could explain the bleeding, but it could also be a UTI so i need to get that checked out at my GP. My belly was also constantly hard yesterday, as in rock hard! she said this is defnitely not normal and i need to take it easy and if it continues she will put me on bedrest. Work is already not happy with me working 1 hour less per day, so i cant imagine what they will say to bedrest!

Rakker I hope you are feeling better. How you are coping with a new baby and being sick is beyond me.

Update for Weeskind - there has been some kind of mess up at the hospital and she doesn't know what time she is going in. Shame, she is trying to stay calm and not let it stress her. Will keep me updated which I will quickly pass on to everyone.

AFM - I think I forgot to mention that I saw my gynae on Tuesday afternoon. Baby has turned out of breech position! Of course BF is now delighted that I can now go natural birth. Boy, do I have news for him... hehe

Weeskind - it will be fine - promise. Know its not what you wanted but I promise the end result is the same

Esmari - glad you got sorted. I also got a call from PnP apologising and offering to deliver the items they didn't have.

Solo - YAY on the baby shower - they are the best thing about being pregnant - we have some of those cute socks from Woolies - they are TOOOOO cute. My mom made us a sleeping bag!

Mandy - sorry about the MA drama Not sure who is to blame the MA or the gynae for charging so much more (which really isn't necessary).

Karien - not sure if anyone has replied but yes you do need to take your own nappies - if you don't the hospital will provide but they will charge you so rather pack your own

Update from me - Cameron is sick again I had to fetch him early yesterday but he seemed ok enough today to go to school. I still have cramps all day which really is annoying. They aren't that sore or regular - just annoying. Seeing gynae on Monday - I may bribe him to move my caesar early
