35 week - check up - baby is 2.8kg and head is very low so Dr also thinks he will arrive sooner than later!

Otherwise all is well!

Good morning!

Wow I love all the nurseries!

Midwife appointment went well, baby is growing well, but my tummy is hard and tense appar4antly. and thats why I have been having bad BH. She said she wants me to go work half days now and i need to go on ML from 34 weeks- what am I going to do at home for 6 weeks?! I am terrified of telling my boss- especially about the working half days. I am still trying to pluck some will together to do it, im thinking I will do it after lunch- wish me luck!

Oh wow! Everyone's nurseries look absolutely stunning!!!! Love the huge Eyeore weeskind :) Good to see you back Weeskind - we missed you and thanks for the compliment re baby's 4D scan.

I'm behind now on personals so I'm going to just try...

TaNasha - welcome back hun. You must have had a fantastic time :)
My bellybutton pops and then disappears again... strange!

Karienh - yay on your normal birth. Phew time is so short for some of you - only a week or two/three or a few days to go for others!

MsDee - it's ok if you're not in a good space at the moment. I think that with all of the stress that you have gone through, it's perfectly normal to feel the way you do. Just don't disappear on us :)

Laurakim - good luck with your exam and your gynae appt.

Rakker I do agree with you re the gynaes and csecs. I know my gynae is also pro csec, but the funny thing is that I actually don't mind. I really don't want to go through labour and birth. The idea of it makes me feel absolutely ill and faint with fear. So I have decided that if gynae says he "thinks" (read prefers) me to have a csec, I'll be quite happy. I'm not as scared of a csec as I am of a normal delivery. Yeah, I'm a ninny and very odd!!!!! If gynae says I can go normal then I am going to insist on an epidural ALL the way. I don't want to feel contractions or the "ring of fire".

AFM I got my Macbook Pro today - with brand new latest Adobe Creative Suite Woohoooo!!! Still trying to sync the old and new, but will be there shortly. Now I have to find the time after baby is born to work in at least 4 hours a day... I'm dreading the pressure. I'm just praying for an easy feed then sleep baby... LOL :silly:
Weekend was quite busy. BF's mom and SILs have decided that they are going to give me a baby shower! How's that for "coming to the party"? It's not going to be a secret, but I did insist that it was to be a quiet tea and cake affair to celebrate baby's birth and NOT a crazy gift giving/receiving do. If people want to bring a gift then I will be grateful.
Oh on the colostrum issue - I have yet to see a drop!
I started going through my shopping bags full of baby goodies and took the labels and packaging off everything - so it is all ready for washing. I still have to organise my bedroom to make room for baby  All of you are soooooo terribly organised. I do feel bad that baby will not have his own room, but I don't have the space. I wasn't really planning on having a baby after all hehe!!!!
