TaNasha, congratulations! I have been thinking about you a lot lately. I see there is a pic of your baby on another post? I must go and have a look at her; I'm sure she's beautiful.

Karien, congrats on your little one picking up enough weight. That's one dept where both Nicole and I have been struggling, but I think she's ok now.

Laurakim, sorry you have mastitis. It's really terrible. I have had it 3 times now with Nicole and I actually still have a blocked duct on the left side since yesterday. It's awful, I know, but it only lasts 48 hours. The biggest relief I get is when I feed her!! hehe. Good luck with the formula

Esmari, shame. but you need your sleep! You will sleep so much better if he is in his own room. It is horrible having them sleep elsewhere, but after the first night it will become easier, and you will see how well you both sleep. Apparently they smell the mommy's milk when sharing a room, so they wake up more frequently.

This side, no news. Nicole is an absolute angel and I'm really really enjoying her so much. Since giving her formula at night to help her pick up weight, she's been sleeping a lot better.

Going to have my hair done this afternoon and then tonight is Girls' night!

Its bee an awful 3 days I havent been able to hold Jack much cos its so sore to have him touch my boobs!

I feel better today but still not 100%

Jack has taken to the bottle fine and like you Karien I am falling more and more in love with him every day

Esmari, sounds like its going very well with Gerhardt. My paed's sister told me that unless Keagan looks like a butternut I shouldn't worry about the jaundice.

We are doing great. I am falling more and more in love with him everyday - can't imagine that I can love him more and then the next day I suddenly love him more
And he's picking up enough weight so everything is going very very well

Mornings. Jawn....... Feels like I had no rest at all. Gerhardt makes so much noises in his sleep that it keeps me awake between feeds. I am contemplating moving him to his own room! But I feel so bad about wanting to do it!

Was in so much pain yesterday I just cried most of the morning. I have antibiotics now and pain meds and have decided to stop breastfeeding - I just can not carry on being in pain all the time
