HELLO Ladies

So how is everyone? I have been MIA for a couple days, jammer been a bit busy too.

Joey - sjoe antenatal classes already? I cannot believe how time is flying and very soon each of us will be holding our bundle of joy.

LOL Mariet I am also feeling a little depro. It must be baby blues. We got our cot and compactum on Friday and now its standing in the dining room because the room needs to be fixed and painted. And I wanna cry coz I wanted the room done already lol hormones

I am not complaining about being preg, love every moment. But when you so used to doing everything yourself and always remembering everything, then all of a sudden you have no control and some people just don't understand.

Ooh about names My dh has 3 names ; Johannes George Michael and people call him Mike. So we agreed only two names and nothing that is typical afrikaans that our child would be teased about lol. Dh is afrikaans and agrees some names are over the top. If we have a girl its Mikayla Elizabeth (MIL second name is elizabeth) and if a boy then Michael Thomas (DH is michael and my dad is thomas). LOL i found out the other day if i was going to be a boy my father wanted to name me Kirkland. thank goodness i was a girl. That name reminds me of gherkin lol

Sjoe you ladies have gorgeous bumps... I dont have a flat tummy with a nice bump lol I'm on the plump side But i can feel the bump hehehe So maybe when I am six months I will come post lol

AFM - went for our scan on Friday. Ag too cute. Think bubs was asleep while the scan was being done. Amazing how they grow from scan to scan. Bubs is growing ahead of himself/herself. According to my last period on Friday i was supposed to be 16 weeks and 1 day but according to the scan I was 16 weeks and 3 days. Amazing Will try post a pic soon. Did my blood tests today. Gynae explained we would see the sex with the next scan. So can't wait. Can't believe that in two scans time I have to book my bed scary but very exciting stuff hey
Man I am battling to keep up with work. And i dont have a very understanding boss and one that has no respect, pregnant or not. LOL I was on leave from mid april to end may. So my boss phones today and asks why the canteen made a 50k loss and 9k shortbanking in that time LOL i was like wtf dont ask me, ask the temp you hired in my place. Honestly how can i account for that?

So I find myself waking up at night wanting to get the room ready

1st time Mommy, Welcome to our Group, Not sure about the brenthurst my old gynea worked from there but i was not happy about traveling that far so i change to the OliveDale and am very happy.

AS for me I'm still a bit under the weather 2 weeks and counting.
We are starting Antenatal class tomorrow looking forward to it.
We are going for out next scan on Thursday really looking forward to see baby Ward.

Liz, ek stem saam met jou dis hoekom my kind net een naam het en nie familie name nie my MIL het juis nou die dag begin toe stop ek haar net daar. Soos my naam is Lizel, maar spreek mens uit as Lizelle. Baie mense noem my Liezel en het altyd op skool gese ek ken nie so iemand nie. Die onderwysers was al goed kwaad vir my Jou pic is so cute mens sien baba so mooi

Well, I feel a bit better today. Yesterday I think I had the pregnancy blues - was so depressed and had cramps. Luckily it is gone today.

Elrike - Ek hou ook van Albert. Ek het my ook ooreis Saterdag. My skoonsuster het kom kuier en ek het omtrent die huis van hoek tot kant skoon gemaak en geskuif.

Sorry ek was MIA vandag, was 'n DOL Maandag! Maar gelukkig is dit oor 15 minute huistoegaantyd. Yay!!!

Oor die name....hoekom noem julle hom nie Albert nie? Dan is dit darem een van die name wat op sy ID sal staan. My doopname is Johanna Elizabeth, maar my noemnaam is Elizma, en glo my, min mense kan dit verstaan. So ek sal my kinders nie iets anders noem as die name op hul ID's nie. En Albert is so 'n mooi naam!
