@ firefly - I am so glad you and baba are ok. Really hope that MS gets better.

My EDD is 16 June but I will probably have a c-sec at 38 weeks, which makes it the 2nd of June

To all the ladies who wished me well - thanks! Went for the ultrasound this afternoon and we saw the yolksac and baba's tiny flickering heartbeat According to the technician, my cervix looks closed and everything seems fine. I haven't seen the gynae but the nurse also looked at my ultrasound and said she spoke to the gynae and everything looks okay even though I'm bleeding. I should just come back for my 8 week appointment in two weeks. The ultrasound technician dated me at exactly 6 weeks today so my edd is 12 June (which also happens to be my mum's birthday!).

My MS is getting SLIGHTLY better (I spent so much time pleading with God last night, I think it helped!), I managed to have some soup last night and am forcing something down every hour or two. Still threw up twice today though. 2Kmm, I really hope I don't have hyperemesis because that's supposed to last the whole pregnancy, right?! Though if the technician is right, I started ms at 5 and a half weeks, so yes, really early. ugh. According to some of the American blogs, some doctors prescribe a drug called Zofran. Today I bought the motion sickness bands though (it even SAYS on the label its for ms!) and, God- willing, these should help.

Ladies, I came across this website on a blog, mamamemoirs.com/login. It is an online pregnancy journal, you can register, use it like a journal, upload pics etc and then, at the end, you can order it as a book if you want to. You can also send the link to your friends and family and they receive emails whenever you upload a new journal entry.

@ Mybrat - I think hubby is hoping for a boy but to be honest I would like another girl. But in the end, as long as LO is healthy then I am happy.

My first appointment is on 7 November and I will then be 8 weeks. Feels still like forever until we can go.
