Wow we're all getting there, slowly but surely hey? Jagomi, Momtoc and Punchysmum, your bumps are awesome! Will see if I can post one of the pics from the preggy shoot, but not very optimistic that it will work on my phone

Mosaneo, your boss sounds horrible!! Do you know (and does he know) that according to law you are obligated to take maternity leave 1 MONTH before your expected due date? If you don't, you need to supply proof from your gynae that you are still ok to work. Most companies don't enforce this very seriously cause women mostly tries to work to as close to birth as they can to spend more time with baby after, but it is still the law!

I'm only taking leave from Monday, will have 4 days to get everything ready and I think that's enough. But I don't have any complications and I will drive myself nuts sitting at home waiting for next Friday to come. I'm very scared, don't like being a patient in hospital at all, and worry a lot about coping with a baby afterwards, being a competent mom, bonding with baby and possible baby blues. See, I'm already overthinking this!

Well, if you take 5mg + the 400mcg than you are taking about 5.04mg if my maths are not failing me. I would just discuss this with your gynae. I know they say you shouldn't consume more than a 1000mcg of folic acid a day through medication but I'm not sure what is allowed if you have low blood pressure...

i think i am taking about 9 not sure.
i take the 5mg and 400mcg from the preg omega plus
so its about 9mg daily

if i dont take it i become really pale coz i am on chronic medication as well. cant discuss that on the blog.

I wouldn't worry too much about the pins your feeling. It might just be baby pressing on a nerve or your uterus pressing on a nerve or something.
Very interesting about the folic acid. I would also definitely consult with your gynae & hear what he/she has to say. Just maybe find out how much is safe to take during pregnancy. I think the min during pregnancy is 400mcg. How much are you taking?

Have you considered completing a grievance report against your manager? I think I've asked you this before but can't remember It is just unacceptable & you can't leave it much longer. 37 weeks is NOT too early to go on leave. Men don't understand what our bodies go through & how you feel towards the end - it gets hectic.

your bumps look gorgeous, Momtoc your belly is cute, srry bout the cramps, my bum gets like that everytime i sit for long at work.

Babyzee you are right, i think my boss wants me to resign and not pay me for maternity leave, it has nothing to do with him liking me. i hate him so much, working with him is a nighmare, i will be applying for jobs even though the policy says you must stay for 12 months to pay them the maternity leave money, i will apply at other branches so i can still pay that monye, if not i will have to owe them and pay them later because coming back to this hell hole after leave will be torture for me.

Punchy you bump is nice, the marks are not so bad man, your daughter is gorgeous and looks like you, jus different complexion. The dischem bag is awsome, i love mine, the staff inside are the things i will pack for the hospital bag, i wont be buying a baby bag anymore plus most of the things the hospital also provides, i found out, so i wont have to pack much. I am loving Brenthurst hospital, hope the stay there will also be pleasant.

Jagomi the bump looks great, i think it is not that big for twins. Goodluck, you only have a few more weeks to go and you will have done it, i am cheering for you, 8 weeks is soon.

Punchy i am only going on leave on the 30/11 and my boss doesnt care that i might pop here, he thinks that 37 weeks is very soon for me to go on leave, asked why i want to leave so early... From today i am trying to avoid seeing his face which is hard coz his office is opposite mine, i am trying to keep calm and patient so that he doesnt get to me, The Lord loves us all and one day the sun will shine on my side as well.
