Punchysmum, I use Happy Event mix with a few drops of sweet oil after my bath @ night & I also use that stretchmark cream you get in that pregomega vitamin boxes - can't remember the name now. I use that in the mornings & I also sometimes bath in Justine's tissue oil but haven't done that for months. I started with all of this when I was about 7 or 8 weeks pregnant.

how do you do it momtoc no stretch marks at all????? i had a bit with my first but now looks like more are comming through. Help
i have been using this cream from dischem pregcreame and its so nice but i dont want more to come. belly is itching so much.
give me a tip or remedy please

jogami, wow!!!!! That bump looks amazing & yes, it's huge but you are carrying 2. I don't want to know what it's gonna look like in about 4 weeks time but hang in there & let's just pray that those 2 precious little ones stay inside for as long as possible.

The 8 weeks will go by so quickly!

I'm indeed very lucky to be working for such a wonderful boss. We get our bonus every year & also our 13th cheque in dec.
It is a pity that we don't all live in the same area cause then we could've arranged a get together!

babyzee, so nice to hear from you again. Craving ice & the almost fainting sounds to me like low iron levels. Maybe just go test it at a clinic/pharmacy if possible. Just to be on the safe side.
As for carrying twins, ha ha, when my mother was visiting us, she kept saying am I sure there isn't 2 inside of me And to think that I've only picked up about 8kilos so far, which is not too bad. I don't know what I'm gonna look like @ 38 weeks or so

Ms_S, Your eyes are not deceiving you. I'm very lucky with this pregnancy as well. I don't have a single stretch mark. I don't know if it's because of my daily moisturising regime that I do or if it's just good genes. Both my sisters developed stretchmarks with their pregnancies... Thank you for the wonderful compliment

I am feeling well! Just alot of heartburn, but I had that with DS as well! I am just as big as a whale, haha I'm the same as I was at about 33-36 weeks with my son but I'm hanging in there as I don't want my babies to have to spend time in NICU. I want to bring them home with me! So I'm just praying that I make 37+4 weeks. Only 8 weeks and 1 day til my csec date, it's not that long if you think about it *or so I keep telling myself - mind over matter*

Babyzee, how are you feeling now? You so lucky that you didn't fall to the ground! I haven't been to home affairs in ages, but don't they have a separate queue with chairs for old people and pregnant women? Are you sure about the weather? People in cpt seem to run to the beach even if they see a little sun. I'm used to 30 degrees and up on a daily basis, and even then I never feel its hot enough to swim!

Punchy, your daughter looks just like you..she even has the same pose! I don't know why people say that, cos she has your eyes. You so lucky that your mom is willing to help you out...your daughter is not the only one being spoilt!

Mosaneo, I can't believe your boss, I would be so mad! How can he take away a leave day, doesn't he know how precious those days are, especially when you expecting? I would definitely look for other work while on maternity leave, or at least try to join another department.

Momtoc, I'm carefully looking at your photo and I don't see one stretch mark..tell me my eyes are deceiving me! If not, then I'm very jealous You look great! I wish my dh was half as romantic as Edward Cullen..it was all just in he's head. Your husband's work sounds very awesome, paying for your lg's school fees? That's unheard of.

Clueless, I also keep logging out, even if I'm using my PC. You need to constantly copy everything you typing, so that you don't loose all your typing. Next week Friday is so soon! How are you feeling? Are you more excited or nervous?

i am not that busy at work at the moment just reading the newspaper about Jubjub and tshabalala. i am so excited that the law is now taking its course.

ice and fainting. did you check your iron levels?
i eat ice but not so much anymore since i have add more folic acid and ferrous sulphate to my daily multivitamins. and it helped a lot. try eating more of raw vegs. and check labels when buying food. look for those with B12 and iron. it helps.

people keep saying she is not my daughter for she is darker than i. but again she is mine 11yrs now and very lazy indeed.
she has been so jealous about the bby comming crying to my mum that she is no longer going to be spoiled. i told her at one point it has to end and its now. she has to stop crying whenever she feels like it and be a big sister
