Shame Ms_S, hope you feel better soon! Almost weekend then you can kick back and relax!

I have to admit I don't like going to the physio when pregnant, but had too with my first pregnancy also. The physio and I come a long way now and I've told her the other day when she did something I wasn't comfortable to rather not do it. But I understand your fear Ms_S!

My doctor's office phoned this morning with a prescription..apparently I have a UTI. UTI's and I are old friends, I get them regularly (I have a short urethra something something) and didn't even notice I have it now. Just tried drinking Urizone mixed with water, ended up puking in the office bin! It didn't even taste bad, it was just like lemonade. My office has a bad smell now..gross

Palates during pregnancy is supposed to be good. Has anyone been to one of those special prenatal exercise class? I'm a physio, I don't like working with pregnant ladies, cos I keep thinking I'm hurting the baby!

palesa, you are making me laugh now  I can just imagine what it must sound like. Doesn't your dh get a huge fright???
Those cramps you are experiencing is a lack of calcium. Do you take any calcium supplements?
I've been taking mine since the beginning of my pregnancy & no cramps so far. I know when I was pregnant with my lg, I started getting those cramps around 16 - 18 weeks & my gynae said I need to take calcium supplements.
Sounds to me like you've got some knee problems there.
