@ Ninies: Utragestan (I am also on the oral one) makes me feel terrible too. Very nauseous and I also have had a sore tummy and headaches.

@Jaybee - i am only going to take my son with from the next scan. I knew the 12 week scan is still difficult to see so thought it would be better with the 16 week scan. Also then i will be showing more and he will hopefully grasp the whole concept. I bought my first baby grow today. I bought a white fleecy one with a beige bunny one side. It is so cute.

@Mtc - so happy everything is well with baby. Congrats again.

@Tanya1 - we are using utrogestan in tablet form. I do think the vaginal one is probably more concentrated and with ivf patients they probably use them. But since this week the tablets are really making me sick. I take it a bed time but only become sick the next afternoon like. I absolutely dislike it and am thinking if I should continue. Any one else with the same awful symptoms?

@ Tanya1 I am just avoiding sushi, alcohol and too much coffee. Most soft cheeses in this country are pasteurised so are fine to eat (check the box if you are not sure). I wouldn't eat any cold meat that has been sitting around - like chicken mayo sandwiches that had been sitting in the sun for a long time at a party. Store bought mayo is fine, but avoid the home made stuff as it has raw eggs. Prob best to avoid biltong too (although I have had once or twice).

Hi ladies,

@ Tanya1 - the foods I avoid is sushi, biltong(raw meat), alcohol, coffee(have 1 cup in the morning), certain cheeses such as camambert, ripened cheeses, cheeses made from unpasteurised milk, deli meats. I also don't eat my steak as rare as I used to. Raw eggs is also a no, but that is not something I eat anyway :X Will let you know if I can think of anything else
In summary any products that has a higher risk of salmonella contamination etc.
