@Inca - Welcome hun!!! So good to have you here. Soon everyone in the TTC group will be here.
Good luck with the diarhea.
I got terrible migraine-like type of headaches at 5 weeks, and I discovered that it was the iron in my pregnavit that caused it. The gynae said I could leave it for now and only take the follic acid and the utrogestan. So if your headaches stays persistant, just check if you are maybe not getting too much iron.

I am doing well - feel better every time I eat...

Morning Ladies :)

Was so excited about my BFP yesterday that it was so hard to focus at work!

Have had diarrhoea for 5 days now. Apparently some ladies experience constipation while others have diarrhoea. Had an aweful headache last night, barely slept. At 2am took 1 Panado which allowed me to at keast fall asleep :)
The AF type of cramps have at least eased today. They have been quite hectic earlier this week till yesterday.

How are you ladies all doing?

Me: 28
Taking Pregnavit x1 & Be-Tab 5mg Folic acid x1 in the morning

Morning Ladies

@Blou - I also struggle with constipation  but I found that it also depends on what I eat so I have to eliminate certain foods
My First appointment is on the 5th of October  I am very nervous and scared at the same time

AFM - Last night I had 2 brown rolls with avo on it and then I had jelly and custard  and then about an hour later I was hungry again and had a brown roll with cheese  So the hunger has kicked in. :P

Hello ladies

Just popping in to say hello :)
With my work being so hectic at this time of year, I was worried about my next gynae appointment, it was on 9 October and I would not be able to make it and I did not want to go anywhere else, by some miracle, got an sms today that my appointment has been moved to 5 October, which is perfect, I am so happy, that will be just after 12 weeks

Nothing has really changed with me, still no nausea, just feel very bloated after I have eaten and struggling with constipation (tmi)

Hope 5 October comes soon, will be so reassuring to see and hear a heartbeat again. Have to go to Ampath after work as my gynae requested some blood tests today.

@Nikita - ha ha ha I know exactly what you are saying. I eat constantly! But eating makes me feel better.

Yes it is true - it only starts at 6 weeks and should subside at 12 weeks. But I know woman who has it right through their pregnancy.

@Jaybee & Nikita - Good luck with the morning sickness! I hope you ladies dont get it too bad.

They say ginger helps for nausea. I also got some ginger bon bons from Dischem and it does help a bit.
