@Ninies - I actually forgot about all bran, I must actually get some. And I will have to try and eat fruit. Thing is I am not really in the mood for it. Maybe I must make smoothies again with fruit and yogurt and drink that in the morning and then by 10 I can have some old bran or something. I try and eat every few hours as it helps with not feeling "naar" all the time
I really hope you find your things, just try and relax and calm yourself and then start thinking where it might be sometimes that helps.

I read somewhere that caffeine makes constipation worse, is this true?

@nikita - the constipation is horrible. I have a bowl of all bran every morning (I like all bran) and I must say that helps. During the day I try and have atleast 3 fruits.
But I know the constipation will get worse, so at my next appointment I will ask what he suggests I use. I think movicol is safe for pregnancy but I will rather get my doc's approval.

My nipples are still very very very sore, even to my own touch. I am looking into getting maternity bra's now, for the added support. I read somewhere that it is important to wear the right bra's as your boobies grows, as it can affect breast feeding afterwards

I am so sure I packed away my other maternity stuff (bra's and clothes) from when I was pregnant with my son, but now I cant find it... :( And I am certain I would not have given it away as we always talked about another child and I paid a lot of money for it.

@Jaybee - I am still feeling off'ish in the mornings and in the evenings. I just hope it all disappears soon. During the day I am fine-ish. I also have terrible heart burn at night - one gaviscon usually helps.
I manage to go to the gym about 3 days a week. I must admit I dont feel like it, but I do force myself to go and cycle or walk on the treadmil.
I already picked 2kg's up since my BFP. I actually thought I would have picked up more, the way I was eating....

My morning sickness started only after 6 weeks, and just suddenly one morning I could not stand the smell or sight of bacon and eggs being cooked early morning. Used to make my hubby and I breakfast every morning, now he is making himself. I still feel I want nothing to do with eggs or fatty foods so early in the morning. I hope it gets better because banting is all about fatty foods and eating enough to keep you full.

How are the other ladies doing?

@Jay-Bee, I am still sick my chest is feeling "heavy" but I am drinking a lot of water and just dressing warm and getting into bed at night. I have a husband who helps with the cooking so I am blessed

@gib, ninnies and blou - how are you?

AFM - I am 5 weeks today  my boobies hurt but not much they just look a bit bigger???? On and off constipation its horrible, still tired by the afternoons. Not really an appetite, but have to eat. Yesterday after work I really had a craving for brown rice, so I had to stop at the shop to buy some

@ Gib, my box of 200mg pills contained 15 pills and my doc said to take them for 3 weeks so I guess its just the box as that is all he prescribed?

@ Ninies, has the morning sickness eased up a bit? Are you still going to gym or does the sickness get to you a bit?

@ Blou, I am eating most days 2x boiled eggs a day with some salt and pepper :) Try to not let work stress you out to much, but I know work gets hectic when it gets closer to the holidays.

@ Nikita, are you still sick? That flu is hard to shake I know. I tried some lemon water to help my body and did help a little.

AFM, I am 6 weeks today and still sleeping well with no cramps. Not so tired in the afternoons anymore but come 7pm and I just want my bed. I am still craving waffles and a scone (ooh my mouth is drooling) but my appetite has decreased since Monday and my tummy is not bloated anymore. Today I feel very slightly off not sure what it is and for once not thinking of food. Maybe my morning sickness is only starting now as I have read some ladies only get it from 6 weeks on.

How did your ladies morning sickness and nausea start? Was is gradually or "bam" one morning you just woke up with it?

@gib - yes you take the utrogestan till week 12. I dont think after week 12 it is useful or safe.
How are you feeling today? Still on bed rest?
