I'm halfway today! 20 weeks Yeah! Hope all of you had a stunning mothersday weekend!

i hope you all had a lovely on yesterday an got spoiled , i was in bed most of the afternoon, felt so tired so i needed a rest

I hope you all got spoiled yesterday.I sure did.

Re milk dont drink much coz baby doesnt like it and I have a runny tummy afterwards.

Water baby didnt like bu I am forcing myself now as I can see that it helps with weight mngnt.

Ntoko I dont know about oranges hey, I know they vitC but not aware of them causing jaundice.I know we are not suppossed to have a lo of VitA.

Natural birth, sorry Lerato I cant help there. My LG was a csection due to her weight(4.1).I was hoping to go the VBAC route but it looks like I wont be successful.I had a spinal block with my LG and had no back ache for 3yrs, I only had it a bit after the 3yrs but only if exposed to very cold weather.

Have a gr8 day ladies.

Lerato I'm also hoping for natural birth and so have decided to go the hypnobirthing route to try and avoid painkillers if possible. If i need anything i'll start with just the gas/air mix and then take it from there. Starting my normal antenatal classes at the end of this month (throug the whole of june) so will find out more about pain relief options then. Then got hypnobirthing classes in July.

My babe loves liquids and food too, i was drinking milk and just had a glass of water, the baby is kicking like huuuuu
