Please can we talk abt Labor,

I want to have Natural Birth but i'm so scared of the pain. is any of you that wants to use the drugs it can be Phethidine or Epidural

But i hear they say most of those drugs have got side effect and with the

Phethidine -
It crosses the placenta and may affect your baby's breathing and make her drowsy for several days, particularly if your birth progresses more quickly than expected and your baby is born within two hours of the drug being given to you

Epidural-
it's side effect are back aches. after 3 to 4 months.

Please can we share somw knowledge, some of us are so misserable and scared.

Ntoko i think that's an old wives tale - i'm sure oranges are fine and actually very healthy for us - i'm sure they won't cause jaundice.

Kerry, what do we need to do for the project? So far the only thing my baby seems to respond to is food!
