Yay, it's Friday. Think this week has flown by.

All you ladies going on leave today, enjoy the last couple of days just relaxing at home before meeting your little bundles of joy. And those of you that still have a few days of work to go, hang in there, almost there.

Just want to wish you all a very relaxed weekend. Hope you all get spoiled, even if just a foot or back rub.

AFM, just the weekend still, then my men are back home. Sure miss them. Tonight I'm going out with some of my girlfriends for a drink or two. Looking forward to that.

Enjoy the weekend

Hi all,

Wow, Sher, glad you are still full of beans. I dont have any other symptoms but being tired definitely is what I am! My word!

Went for 33 weeks scan yesterday and Princess is already 2.4 kgs - so she is definitely not on the small side. Her head is the top of the charts, but still planning a natural at this stage!

All good here, have a wonderful weekend everyone, relax and enjoy whatever you do - life as we know it will never be the same in a few weeks!

Hello mommies-to-be

Well I went for my 37 week scan yesterday and my boy is now 3kg and 50cm long. He is on track to be about 3.5/ 3.6kg and no sign of coming early, at least for now. So I may still be a September mommy after all :cheer: He hasn't dropped yet and placenta is still good and his heart rate is fine.

I'm going for my leg wax and pedi tomorrow, can't wait for the pampering. And I'm going to try go have some highlights next week.

Ooh I popped into the Woolies sale, naughty naughty, there was so much to choose from with the baby clothes and really good discounts. I got a few items for next winter for my baba :)

It's so lovely having this time "off". I'm trying to savour the me-time as much as possible. I had an extra long shower this morning :cheer:

I think I may be finished washing all the baby clothes, can't believe how long I'm taking to do things these days but I suppose carrying an extra 17kgs could be the reason! LOL.

Hey Kerry your baby room looks beautiful and your puppy is very cute! I have two cats and their world is about to be turned upside down. The vet says I mustn't underestimate them though, they already know something is up and as long as we don't exclude them too much and we let them into the room from time to time they should be fine. Poor things.

Hi Mels, who is your midwife? I was really keen on a homebirth but DH was not so keen so we agreed to stay with Olivedale Hospital. But if we have another child I'm definitely going to look into it. Are you having a water birth too? Oh, where do you stay? I live in Jozi.
