what a day... drive to work, came back to klerksdorp at 8 am. took xander for tennis lessons. back at work at 12. with xander.... Driving up and down..... I want to be a SAHM.

Wedding budget: well, we didn't had money. so, our wedding was less than R5000. we didn't go on honeymoon. But it was one of my greatest days. We had such a nice wedding. I did everything myself - even making the paper for the invitations. we got married next to the river and we had the reception under the big trees.

Vix, sjoe, you received your package early. did you receive "the other thing" aswell?

O helen, so glad you mother will be visiting you. so nice to have your mom with you.

I am trying to get mia off the nesquick. I know it will be difficult, but she can't only drink nesquick at night.... her teeth..... the 7 she got. she is now in her bed, crying because there is only milk in the bottle. last night she through me with her bottle, in her sleep. then I thought.... you can do whatever you want... I will not give in. so, I went back to bed, her crying. and I cover my ears and sleep. and she slept till we woke up this morning.

Angie... a bed and a fridge is enough for now... it's so nice to buy things together. we started with a fridge and a 37cm tv. my mother lend us a mattress. we rented a big house next to the river (the only house available). we closed all the doors. we only used the bathroom, our room and the kitchen.

Vix I was thinking the same. It was you who came to my rescue and I have never looked back. Such amazing friendships.

Good news the voltaren are working. Dylan's temp is okay and we got Peeeeeeeee. A bit late but will hold off on the antibiotics until we get the results. R300 for them but I don't mind tossing it if we don't need them.

Ally- I actually thought they were Dutch because the Dutch foreign minister was conversing with SA about the subject. I just wondered if maybe FIFA would give South Africans a little more leniency LOL

Lisha- to be honest I have been dissapointed with a lot of the european teams games so far, none of them seem to be putting in as much effort as the rest of the world (o.k not counting Portugals 7-0 win just now) Elwyn said maybe it's the altitude but then I reminded him capetown is pretty close to London in altitude, as in both on sea level, PE & Durbs too, it's only really the northern cities they can use altitude as an excuse. Even I can't find an excuse for England's bad play! Oh except that C hasn't yet worn his England Fleece I made him during a game because he's been in bed so next week he'll be wearing it even if he has to sleep in it.

Budweiser is crap which is why Americans drink it and not Europeans LOL

Helen- yay on your mum's flights! Wow I would kill my mom if she thought she could stay for a week LOL

I can't wait to fill in the I'd doc, looks really great! Not sure if C will allow me to do the finger printing just yet, might wait a few months for that but I'll get plucking hairs tonight! LOL

Julz- I hope the pead has an answer for you, can't go on like this with the fever, I'm sure you'll be able to catch the pee when you get home though. Oh yeah, forgot to say Congrats on Neil's bonus, nice to put it into the house!

Nicole- I'll gladly make your dress and bridesmaids dresses if you have someone that side who will fit them for you? I'll do it at cost for you, that should help keep your budget a bit lower! I'm sure you're creative enough to make your own invites, I made all my own stationary from invites, to order of service to thank you cards, place names for seating. I just used a pretty card for the backing and a different colour pretty paper, I printed the details on the paper and stuck it to the backing card. Tie them up with some ribbon and voila, cheap yet personal invites etc, I'm sure PFairy has some nice ideas she could share. I had a friend who got married for about R7500 now that's a bargain!

Guys, I just want to say, I would be half the person I am today if it wasn't for you all and your long, strong friendship! We all have different qualities and personalities which makes us the best group of friends a girl could ever ask for! You all mean so much to me! Tsorry PFairy got me all emotional today!)

Nicole now I am craving vetkoek! Thats an idea for supper one night...though i only eat them with cheese. nothing else.

We are having leftover lasagna and lamb curry.

Why are all our kids waking up? I know C was doing it...and Dylan and Lea...waking up in cot and wanting to be in bed! WHY?? Is this some weird toddler seperatation anxiety? I didnt mind yesterday it was into our bed at 5:18am...but this morning was 3:13am. So the times are so inconsistent!

Man i need big bed soon!

All this talk of ribs...I am craving lamb ribs...YUMMY!!! Gerard makes the best lamb ribs!

Angie...its very very end of the month by us as well! Luckily my mom bought me some groceries on Saturday so i have food to get by.

Okay...will try and reply later if i missed anybody...Helen i see your name and Ara....just need to pack up now...hubby on his way to get me! What a treat not having to drive myself home today! lol.
