Julz, I also sometimes underestimate the twins. Last weekend my dad asked Abigail, Where's Cobus (my brother) and she pointed and said Bus!! I couldn't believe it!

Well I've actually now removed myself from Tertia's FB. I don't want to fight with anyone and I don't need negativity around me. I really struggle sometimes to stay positive and people like that just drag me down. But that's over now.

Julz, that's exactly how I feel. I'm REALLY not a soccer fan but I don't get how a lot of afrikaans people are moaning so much about all of this. If it was for rugby they wouldn't have a problem. I also get woken by the vuvuzela's, my children also wonder what the hell that noise is but what are you going to do? Embrace it and accept that for the next month there WILL be vuvuzela's blowing. I guess it's a glass half full/half empty type of debate. I choose to embrace it and be positive!

Our daycare mom tells me nothing really. So apparently Neil chatted to her as he sees her in the evening and she says he counts to 8, knows the kids names and tells her when he is hungry????????

I have no clue. Wish I could be a fly on the wall. Goes to show how I underestimate his potential. I counted beyond 3 this morning and he did too.

Vix have you tried soft music throughout the night for C? Shrey finds music very soothing.

Julz I agree the people that are chosing to moan about everything are really chosing to make themselves miserable ....

Vix the other thing to consider is iron level. Kids with lower iron tend not to sleep. C eats well so not sure about it but worth checking out. Oh I agree with you on not letting c scream for an hour. it is pointless to have everyone miserable.

ally I agree with your comment!!! If you can't beat them join them. It is our choice to join in the celebration and have fun or to moan about everything, but you have then chosen to may yourself miserable all by yourself. x

Julz Shrey used to eat very well during the day but even that has declined. Mil says he's still eating pretty well there but I don't know, she isn't always upfront and that irritates me cos I NEED to know exactly what is going on with him

Nicole so the deworming hasn't helped K out. The pharmacy recommended Vermox but not sure if they will deliver today, if not I will just get it from Dischem.

Ally lol you had to go and put your opinion up where there are so many negative people. My uncle is the same and eventually I just kept quiet cos there was no getting through to him. Thing is this is a once in a lifetime and a dream come true for the most part of our population. Many of us would never be able to watch world class soccer in another country so the fact that it is here and so affordable to everyone is huge. Even people who don't know anything about soccer are gone WC crazy
