Nelria bump is looking cute and still so high so Xen mostly likely staying in for another 2 weeks :)

Nicole sorry about rough night ... Good luck with sleep training ... be strong mommy and tell df that he mustn't get frustrated he must get up as well, I know all too well how frustrating it is to see to niggly child by yourself and slowly I am getting dh to play a bigger role at night too.

Ally congrats to your friends.

So Angelique how were the rugby celebrations this weekend. My fx for your team this coming weekend ... I'm tired of all the silverware going to Pretoria lol

Hi everyone

Simone, no problem! Don’t mind at all! I think the bright colours are going to look gorgeous. Pink, red, green and yellow. I’m not going to buy the party stuff though, I’m going to make the party boxes, etc myself. I’m thinking of painting the teletubbies and make Teletubbie “food”, etc. Something like Po sandwiches, Tinky-winky pizza, etc! Well, that is the plan for now, I’ve got a different theme every month  Typical though, I should worry about my own party but now I’m planning Z’s party that is only in October.

Nicole, I love your idea, also thinking of a party venue since I spend about a week last year to clean …. Hope you can go out on Saturday, I hope the Stormers win!

Ally, your idea sounds exciting! You should tell us! Ek is nou hopeloos te nuuskierig …

Mandy, ag, man I also love them so warm and cute in the mornings with the rosy cheeks!
Cute new word ;)

Z thinks the naughty corner is a joke. She points to it and laughs. I don’t know how to keep her in the corner?!

Nelria, shame man, I’m not even pregnant and I feel like tears often when Z is so ma-vas. I was telling a colleague this morning what a complete and utter nightmare it is to prepare supper with a toddler on your hip .. Hope you feel better. Hugs! And your hubby sounds really sweet!

Lisha, glad you had such a good weekend!

PS: My child is not smacking anymore, she is now kicking ...

wow Vix C is so clever re: the potty :) we also all pee with the door open, lol.

Simone congrats on Addy sleeping so well! :)

Tonight I am tackling this sleep training this, for firstly no midnight bottle and 2 to get him to stay in his cot til at least 4,5 in the morning. I am dead tired as K was awake for ages last night constantly moaning and crying, then mommy got frustrated and proceeded to shout which made him cry more :( Told df to move into spare room for next 3 nights as he gets super irratated when K is restless and I ignore him and then we end up moaning at each other.

Zee glad you had such a good date night. Im going to ask my aunt to baby sit K on saturday eve, so df and I can go watch the rugby and then go for supper. We havent done anything like this since the beginning of the year. Always feel bad leaving him behind.

Hi ladies, there were sooo many posts to read, so apologies if i miss out on anyone.

Nelria big hugs to you. I can imagine how frustrated and upset you must a felt to be sick, hormones, clingy baba. I really take my hat of to you as you have coped sooooo well!!

Vix how did appointment with gyne go? very anxious to know.

Ally and Zee re: birthday partis. I got a qoute on Friday. Planning to have K's party at the Zoo by the Boma, for R250 you can rent the boma, playground area and a jumping caste for 3 and half hours! We are playing to do a barney theme so will still have barney plates, cups, banner etc. The zoo also organises party packs which cost R30 per child and include:
pkt of chips
juice
jelly tots
marshamallow mice
fizzers
whine gums
ice cream
popcorn
free train ride
free boat ride
free entarene in the Zoo for the whole day.

So i thought that was pretty cool. Will then get a barney cake and barney hats etc. we have bugeted on R1200 for the party. I am so excited and have already compiled a list and phoning the Zoo today to book for Saturday the 27th of November

Lisha glad you enjoyed your trip.

Zee, K also loves 2min noodles. I ran out of rice yesterday so for supper df and I had roast chicken veg etc, so for K I shredded the roast chick, fried some mushrooms, onions, red peppers and carrots and added all of that into the cooked 2 min noodles and he loved it, ate every last piece
