I've now gotten on-board with AVON, AVROY SHLAIN & HONEY....

Tupperware (I FRIGGIN LOVE TUPPERWARE and I'm forever buying - its a bit more expensive but it lasts for years & years! Worth the investment I say)& Annique is next on the list to distribute!

Oh and lets not forget his favorite word at the moment is "MYNE" (mine) LOL - but he's also started associating certain things with people - like when he sees my car he'll say mamma kar & point to it. Same thing with my dads car, he says oupa kar or ouma kar for my moms car. George the Bassett he calls "stout". LOL

but ja, he's endlessly entertaing with his chatting...

Nicole my weight gain in pregnancy was pretty much the same as yours - was 53kg's when I fell pregnant and got up to 68kg's. At last check I was 52 . Wanted to try to get down to 50 but dh said I would then look anoerix and he likes a bum lol ...

Julz you did well while preggies. I ate like a piglet ... everything I wanted my mum or mil would cook ... funny thing is people say you either want sweet or salty and I always wanted cake and savoury stuff ...

Ally sorry about rough night.

We are also very wary with our maid. She has to have a key to the gate because she lives with us but she has no keys to the house. We open for her in the mornings. The times where we've been broken into she was so scared and since we've jacked up our security (we now live in a prison with electric fencing, beams outside, alarm, cameras etc.) nothing has happened again. We think it was our gardener who broke into our cars a couple of times coz we caught 'him' on camera. Couldn't see his face too clearly but it looked a lot like him. Then they broke into the house and stole my laptop but they knew exactly where it was, which gate to break off etc. They were in and out in 2 minutes. My dad fired him and then it all stopped.

okay so I ate a shed and then some while preggies and didn't pick up much. Not sure why. I weighed 48 when I became pregnant and ended up at 60. Not too bad.

re; pregnancy weight, I picked up weight like crazy...I weighed 50kgs before falling pregnant and by end of pregnancy i was 76kgs eeeeeek!!! back down to 53kgs now. I ate like a freaking warthog whislt i was pregnant lol.

Ladies that is why I will not allow a domestic in my house. Studies show that 80% of robberies etc are inside jobs. The maid may not even know she is giving a criminal info.

Zee- good luck with your paper this afternoon! I think it might be worthwile for you to go to the gynae for a check up anyway. If you're not naturally getting AF then you could have a hormone imbalance. I was just 1 day late on my 1st month off the pill and then early every month from there.

Simone- I wondered if that was the LG you were talking about, shame, poor thing! Elwyn NEVER allowed our domestic to have a key, he would be here when she arrived and here when she left so that she couldn't let anyone in even under force. These criminals are forcing these ladies to let them in, some are even taking money to get them into some houses. It's awful to think how these people can just stroll in. Those criminals desrve a deth scentance for what they did to that baby!

Zee- what about a fondue? It's such a fun way to entertain. You can do some plain oil for cooking and some cheese sauce pots and then for dessert a yummy chocolate fondue! The only pain in the ass is the prep of cutting meat and veggies up but everyone can cook and serve their own food. If your budget is tight this is always a cheaper option because people eat less and if you really want you can ask everyone to bring a meat and veg.

Nelria- I weighed 71 when I fell pregnant with C and 71 when I checked into hospital for the c-sec LOL This time I started at 66 but I have already gained a KG with all my eating.

My DH is about 85kg with a growing belly. He blames my cooking but at 38 I suspect it's mainly a middle age spread on an in active guy!
