The thing about a juicer is that you need 10 apples to make a fair amount of juice which means you are taking in 10 apples which is too much. You should ideally take a very small glass of pure juice.

We juice everything that is getting a bit tired in the fridge. Neil goes overboard and puts all sorts of scary things in but it is nice to have.

So it seems as if all the babies are really starting to become little chatter boxes now... I had such a good laugh last night as everytime Cole hears that shield deodorant advert on tv where there is opera playing in the background he sings in a "opera" voice as well. it's hilarious.

Julz i feel the same way...i feel sorry for the nanny. Its a difficult situation for all involved. For me...the nanny was also seriously injured...and like i said...i battled to find updates on her condition. She is also a victim.

Look what she did was stupid. But if this guy was a regular there and she was friendly with him....anybody can make a mistake. Some people have murderers and paedophiles in their family or friend circle for example..u dont know til its too late.

Julz, I'm fanatic about labels. But the juice I buy is squeezed there in the shop? Do you still think they add a lot? They make a mix of apple and grape. It's very cloudy so I always assumed it was proper juice, not sweetened etc. When we don't have juice I give them tea but they don't like it as much. C got a juicer for our wedding ( He got it coz I didn't want it lol) so maybe I should start juicing apples myself for their juice bottles. I don't need much.
