Hope you are all doing well. I feel like #$# per usual, so flippen nauseus, not funny and I still need to write an assignment about democracy through the ages. Its due tomorrow. HELP ME!!!


Dh is not here, he's busy with RC today and Z is very very busy. And to top it all off, I actually made lasagne but then I just noticed a worm in the flour!! I nearly flippen feinted as I used the flour for the white sauce. I'm going to chuck the entire flippen lasagne out, if I notice a flippen worm in my food I won't make it ...

I think I'm going to be huge with this baby. I'm two months and already showing! How can that be?

Vix luckily she didn't....went for about 16hrs in total without wee'ing! She had me a bit worried, but its fine now.

Makes sense re: your method of avoiding conflict. As wonderful as I think my husband is...on 2 occassions it hurt me quite a bit when in an argument he called me a nag! I know he'd never ever speak about me outside of our marriage though...but doesn't make it any nicer. He did say afterwards he didn't mean it, blah blah..but I mean I listen to myself and I know I'm a nag. G is on a very short leash with me and I do know I need to ease up on him! Hopefully your attitude will rub off on me! Thumbs up to u! Super mom and wife! U make us look bad! Lol

Guys this place is stunning! A golf estate with spa, pools, golf course (duh). Out accommodation is stunning! A real spoil from my friend! She's also an annique rep and just gave myself and her other friend a facial! Was sooooo nice!

Was worried cause I have no mattress protector but luckily addison didn't have any accidents:-)

Addison is having a ball...yesterday they went to pool and playground. She woke up shouting: I want to go home!! She was very confused whebn she woke up! But now loving it again.

And Addy was stung by wasp yesterday:-( shame she was so distressed more than anything: that bee hurt me mummy! It hurt my finger!

Ag my heart was so sore for her...but she didn't cry too long and she was fine. Just asked us to put 'ointment' on this morning again.

Ally- that is soooooo exciting, well done you! Please please don't forget to tell us when it's screening so we can all watch. I'm still eagerly awaiting to hear the 'top secret' news you had or is that the Pasella news?

I don't think it's being British that makes us passibve to our DH's but the Brits are well known for trying to avoid conflit usually, we're generally not confrontational people. That said my mother wears the pants in her relationship and she is very confrontational! I think my passiveness is because I worked in a prodominantly male business for many many years and I saw many examples of men who loved going on tour to get away from the nagging wife and I think I learnt a lot of good lessons from them about how to keep my DH wanting to come home from work everyday. I also think many years of living and drinking with these guys taught me how a mans mind REALLY works. I figure this: What are we looking for when we shout and scream at DH? Basically for them to feel guilty and sorry for what they did but actually all we do by fighting is make them defensive and soon they make excuses for their behavour and resenting us for 'nagging' and moaning 'all the time' whereas if you don't fight and you just point out how it made you feel the guilt soon sets in and you get your verhy sorry DH come running with his tail between his legs.

Simone, it's me and 2 other AFrikaans bloggers. We will each have our own kitchen where we will cook something for Easter, then we'll do interviews while cooking and then have lunch with the crew apparently.

Thanx guys, I'm really very excited. It's quite a big deal, almost every Afrikaans person I know watched Pasella.
