vix - I used Olbas (or Albas) oil and didn't have any issues. Karvol or those eezy breathe patches that stick to their clothes also worked.

Julz: Sorry to hear that you have not been well. things are starting of on a rough ride for you. But im sure in time things will be well.

Julz: I never user used the oil on the humidifier plain water helped for me. As for winds buhle really suffered and the baby massage really helped me a lot in the firts three months I did it morning and night she managed to sleep well and pass winds.

Re potty tarining i must say siba is not near that stage he still on his nappy full time. He still has about four to five dirty nappies a day. A friend of mine bought me a potty as a present when he was a few days old and we still hav'nt used it.

Angie: how is TTC coming along.

AFM: Buhle took more steps yesterday but kept falling but my princess does not give up. Siba is becoming so sweet towards buhle he know gives her hugs, kisses and tries to lift her up but they both fall down.

the kids woke up at 2am and decided its playtime. so im exhausted and unfortunately no caffeine fix for me it causes bad palpitations.

Ara: As the other ladies say give ethan time he will adjust at his new daycare.

Nicole: One thing i dont miss about the EC and Gauteng is the lightning and thunderstorms.

You talking about people saying that you must try for a girl, and say you do, and it is another boy, are they gonna say you must keep trying, who is going to pay, not them but you. It is you and hubby's decision and it is what you want to do, because you want to give your boys the best

Ara, I am in the same boat, it went better this morning after rescue remedy, but I never want a day like yesterday, it was the worst. I have a pay as you go phone and William would scream at the top of his lungs BEL, BEL, then I have to phone his dad, and he just wanted to cry the whole time he spoke to his dad, William spend R80 on the phone yesterday after calling his dad a few times

WRT the potty training, it think we will get there. After he did no 2, I clean his bum, he tells me nog poepoe, and I ask him where, and help him off the bed, and he goes to the potty and pee's. Which is great, I will just follow his lead

Vix so sorry about your tough night. I cant remember either about the eucalyptus either sorry!!! I used buscupan for K when he suffered with winds and for me personally it really helped, after about 15min of giving it to him and a bit of rubbing of the back all these huge winds use to come out. I really hope you guys can find a solution for Jono's colic. Im sure you must be absolutly exchausted today?

Julz my brother went to SACS and the othe was at boarding school in Uitenhage, Muir College, so we all were at single sex schools.

Yoza, one of my colleagues children attend Kenridge and it sounds like a great school. I also like the fact that all teachers have access to e-mail in class so that will send notices/letter to parents via e-mail as well.

Like I said, if there were government schools that were atleast half decent here in Mitchell's Plain then I would definitely prefer to send Cole there.

Cole is definitely getting better with the potty training but we did have a poop on the floor the other day...but this is all part of it I guess.

Ara, It will get better but I know how heartsore it must be for you to see him crying like that every morning.

Vix, sorry about your hectic night. I am afraid I do not know much about humidifiers though.

Anyway, will pop in again a bit later.
