Julz has Dylan settled at the new creche? Lisha lmao at Shrey sending your mum to the naughty corner! Well dh left at 5 this morning with his dad to pe to fetch his new car, they should be back late afternoon, dh also took the week of with me. K is refusing to eat any supper since last week, he only wants cereal, toast with cheese and fruit, but i see his top molars have started pushing through.

Vix i really hope that Alex latches today again! Fx for you! Helen so glad for u that Nina has started settling now. Oliver sounds to sweet. Well im feeling quite stressed being at home this week as all my clients expected me back yesterday and have tons of projects i need to work on,but what can i do, i need to get my boy into a good creche and the one i have my eye on only opens next week monday. Im dreading dropping K off as i know he will be unsettled for at least two weeks if not longer. .

Helen- I am only getting so much milk because of the Eglynol tablets, there's no ways I can get more than 80ml a feed without them and I really was determined to give these babies both BM for as long as possible, besides it takes the edge of the stress and anxiety. It's costing me about R150 per month but probably still cheaper than formula. Must be a Brit thing about not having people in the home, I suppose it's because we grew up without it. FX for you and the job!

I'm a bit scared that my milk supply is already suffering the loss of Alex BF. Either that or it's cos I took my eglynol late today but that seems a little short notice. Now my heart is breaking and my head stressing, If I leave it too long there may be no hope to get Alex back on the breast but I want to see if it's a stimulation issue or a tablet issue. Now I feel terribly guilty for giving Alex bottles today because now I don't have enough milk to get through the night so they're having to have an extra formula bottle each. I could actually cry I'm feeling that guilty....... What to do what to do....... I will give bottles tonight because I could really do without a fight but maybe in the morning I must try and latch Alex again....... I feel so awful, I knew I would, it's like in order to make sure Alex is drinking I'm making Jono suffer with less BM and formula in place. I'm not anti formula but it does stiffen the poo and his already fragile system doesn't need to be struggling more.....

O.K gotta go to sleep, will catch up tomorrow.

Oh but Nelly, 3 sick kids at home would drive me more insane than 3 healthy ones. Besides, you remember how much it was costing you when Xen was sick, now times that by 2, can't afford that!

Nelria I'm so jealous you`re meeting the gals:-( coloured foam bath...I read it. Where did u say u got it? Addy seems to have outgrown her eczema so could chance it depending on what its made up of.

Enigma I hope your back is better! Please update us. Even if u can just ask doc for scrript for cataflam D and they fax it to you. Just to provide temporary relief. I know at times the pain got so bad and I could not walk to car to get to physio or hospital...anti inflammatory will give just.a smidge more mobility. I hope all my advice is not needed though and you`re feeling better!

Lelani - Well done on the weightloss It must be nicer if you and DH can do it together then you can each support each other.

Vix - You're thinking re the creche story is almost identical to how I see it, if I can avoid it I won't be sending Oliver until he's at least 2 and a half but probably closer to 3. I also HATE having someone in my house to clean but it is a huge help so if you could get someone in to help out with the housework and maybe an extra pair of hands with the kids every now and again might be worth considering. As for nipple shields, I used them with Oliver and never had any problems, my nipple only filled half way into it but when it went into his mouth and sucked the nipple would extend to more or less the full length of the shield...Nina wouldn't even attempt to drink when I wore one even if I smothered the thing in BM fussy little madam. We were recommended at our antenatal classes to only use them for one feed a day as they can make your supply suffer as the baby can't properly drain your breasts when you use one - not sure how true that is though. You are producing way more milk than I was, I'm quite jealous Nina just wasn't getting enough from me, she's gulping down 150mls of formula at each feed and I was only producing 80-100mls.

AFM all is going well, starting to get a bit more sleep now as she's settling better at night and for the last three nights has gone from 6.30pm - 1am then feeding and going until 5-6am which means only one night feed...FX it continues, I want my sleep back! She's like a different baby now that she's getting formula, her crying has probably halved, she still cries loads more than Oliver did and she's a madam when it comes to getting the wind out and I'm often up for two hours with her trying to get her settled at night, she does the same during the day but its easier to handle then. Oliver is being very sweet with her, sat showing her his storybook today and cuddling her Luckily her crying doesn't seem to bother him which is a relief, especially at nighttime. Sometimes he walks around the house saying "mama, dadda, Nina" over and over again

Ladies please keep FX for me, its only in the discussion stages at the moment but one of my friends in the UK might have a job for me where I can work online and earn almost exactly what I'm earning now but only have to work a few hours a day FROM HOME!!!!!! I'm scared to get excited in case it doesn't materialise but it would just be so perfect, then I get to stay at home with my babies and we don't have to get a Nanny to look after them....man oh man I hope it becomes a reality.

Anyways, I best be off to bedfordshire to try and catch some Zzzzzs before madam steals them all
