Just a quick pop in to say Happy New Year For those of you partying hope you have a fab time, for those staying at home with your loved ones, enjoy the precious moments.

2010 has been an exciting year for us, we climbed the first step (although I think it should be called mountain rather than step hehe) on the property ladder, we see Oliver grow more and more into his own little person every day and of course we fell pregnant and are now experiencing the joys of a lovely little girl and watching Oliver grow into the loving brother we knew he would be.

I may have been scarce these past few weeks but I still read the posts as often as I can and I can't believe how lucky I am to be a part of such a special group of people.

I've never even met some of you and have only been chatting with you all for about two years yet I was showered with gifts for Nina and I'm still so humbled by your generosity, since I've had her not one of my friends of years has even so much as given us a card. It makes me realise that bonds are formed in all sorts of ways and sometimes the strongest bonds aren't with the people you expect them to be. I can't imagine my life without you girls and sharing the ups and downs and highs and lows with you all. I look forward to sharing the future with you and I wish you all the very best for 2011, may it bring you everything you desire and more.

We`re having a boring night! Just G, my mom and myself at home. I just made nachos and then we are braaing lamb chops sosaties and wors. Some veggies and garlic baby potatoes.
