Vix wish I could come give you a great big hug but more especially a helping hand with the twins. Re the breastfeeding, in your heart you know you've given it a proper go and if it's not working out for them it just isn't. It would be a lot easier if they were both sleeping well and giving you time to rest but .....
Really hoping & praying this side that Jono doesn't have the colic very badly. For Shrey Buscopan worked the best.

Sure I missed some posts Sorry but that's all my mind will let me recall!

Electricity kept going off & on from early evening till 9:30 last night It was horrible in the heat and Shrey battled to fall asleep. Eventually just played soft music on my cell and he knocked out. He slept well thereafter.
Funny child I have - yesterday he wanted to come to work / sit in his seat but this morning when he's going to mil he insists he's staying at home with my mum lol. We eventually convinced him to come to the car but at mil's again he was fussing for us ... sure he was fine before we even drove off.

vix, shame man. wish I could say something that will make it better. I really hope it is not colic and just tummy cramps from something else. in the Suster Lilian book, she said there is some drops that is really good for the little one's. we tried it with mia, because we thought she had colic. and it really worked. I remember I was so scared that mia had colic, that I said it all the time to hubby. then the one day he ask if I want her to have it? I never said that to him again....

We also got the PNP video clip for xander. it is really really so cute. on the video, Christmas Father said he must listen more to his parents (I chose that option) and there was photos of Xander in his big book. Xander watch it a few times a day.

Simone, it sucks regarding the bonus. why doesn't everybody get the same. we all get 10% of your yearly salary, but because I was only appointed in Sept, I got only a few rand but next year I will get the 10%.

Lelani, sjoe the uniform is expensive. can't believe it. I must still buy xander his first uniform, but will do it just before the school opens. he grows so quickly, scared it will be too small.

Julz, welcome back in SA. what exactly are doing regarding the donars. do you help them and educate them or what?

we went to look at christmas light last night. Mia loved it. walking around in other people's garden is like a candy shop for my children. running around and rolling on the grass.
Mia is still a cute little girl. hate the tantrums though. .

Sorry for my selfish post, was having a really bad day and just reached my limit. I find it easier to unload here instead of with Elwyn because when I try to talk about it I just want to cry and that upsets him terribly. He went for a nap this morning but couldn't sleep because he was worried about me even though I was sleeping like a dead dog. It's not that I don't tell him how I'm feeling, I just try to do it in small short bursts before the tears come.

I'm feeling a bit better now because He sleeps at night, I suppose I should be thankful it seems to be day colic not night colic. Just it's real difficult when he is in the arms permanently and I still have another baby to change and feed. Thankfully Elwyn is keeping C well out of my way because I exploded at him a few times without real need today and he just cries so sore it breaks my heart, it's like he knows I'm just being nasty.

Simone- I have so much to say but never get to reply, Well done to Addy for all her trips out without accidents, so proud of her! Sorry about your inconsiderate neighbours on Friday Grrrrrr I think we'll have a lot of loud nasty parties in our street this year. Go Go Go for it, give 2010 one more bash at conception, remember to check out SMEP G will be pleased! Your un surprise, surprise party...... Who knows that you know just G? Why not play with people and act like you don't know so go out to the pub and be really late for the party, you know I would just to be a pain!

Ange- Sooooooo sorry AF arrived, it happens to so many that once the HPT has been decided upon she shows her face. At least you can start a new cycle and see what happens. Nicky doesn't mind to keep at it another month I'm sure How's my curly haired boy doing?

Enigma- I forgot to say when you posted the pics, wow Zaid is so gorgeous! I'mm so gutted I never had girls to marry off to all these gorgeous boys we have on our thread!

Lisha- is Shreyan maybe asking to come to work because he's used to going in the ccar and being dropped off? It must be nice to just leave him at home with your mum now though? He sounds more adorable every day!

Julz- wow, hectic travels home grrrrr I hate being stranded by the airport. Thankfully you weren't too late home. I bet your boys were thrilled to see you and have you home. Neil is probably dying for a break from Dylan? I know Elwyn is suddenly realising just how exhausting C can be now he's playing mommy. Did you hear Laliek finally got her BFP last month? Haven't been in on TTC girls for a while so don't know who else, I hope Andy has.

My aunt sent C this web video thing called PNP (portable north pole) wow it's so cool, she programmed in C's name and picture and what he wants for christmas so you press play and Santa speaks "hello there Christopher, have you been a good boy? ..........) It is so cool and C got all shy but started talking right back to Santa in his baby talk. I think I can link it to my FB so maybe some of you can see it. I'll try tomorrow, but wow what a great way to teach kids that Santa is a "real" person.

Lelani- sh1t on the uniform costs, wow I have 3 boys to kit out, guess I best get my career back up and running befor then.

Oh, why is everyone so serious about not having end of year children? Something about being the oldest in their year means they'll excell better? Really? We never looked at it like that in the UK! I can't understand it, surely if you have the attitude that your child might not do as well because they are december kids won't that rub off on them and give them an excuse not to excell? I don't know, it all sounds a bit OTT to me. Look at our Dec mommies, Simone, Nelly, Nicole? Miss K? They're all very inteligent successful women born at the end of the year. In England our school year runs from Sept-Aug so I was one of the older kids but in all honestly I was no more successful that some of the younger ones in fact I was terrible at schooling because I found it boring and a bit over my head. Well anyways I will not allow my kids to think because they were Oct/Nov babies and even premmies that they have an excuse not to keep up with the jan kids.

Oh Mandy- enjoy your trip to PE. We tool C to the Croc farm a while back and he loved the snakes in tanks, typical. But it does get expensive to go to these places. We have found a great place for day trips with the kids to take a picnic, Reitvlei Dam, it's like R40 per adult and R20 per child and you can drive around looking at game, it's not huge but perfect to just jump in the car and drive around for a few hours. C loves spotting the animals.

Zee- Glad your family feud is over, I didn't realised it directly involved you, I hope you didn't let the inlaws bully you! Sorry Christmas doesn't have such great memories for you but you, DH and Ziani will create some great new ones of your own! Good luck with TTC in the new year. I can't believe my TTC journey is over and here I lay in the room with my 2 boys 3 weeks old already.

Lwasi- I hope your reunion with Amo went well, haven't even seen anything on FB yet but will go check tomorrow, may you have a wonderful christmas together!

awww Vix - thats so crap my friend.. Im so sorry you are going through this!! it just doesnt sound fair, no matter how strong you are being you need to find more strength! it does not sound easy at all - I just sent you a link into your facebook inbox but im sure at the moment it wont help anyway - it is the feeding bottle sling that helps with twin feeding esp newborns - but if Jono needs to be held all the time it wont help.. wish i could think of something Vix - maybe a clone or 3 of you..

Simone _ I will be RUSHING around tomorrow shopping, cleaning, packing and flying to pe so I wish you a good 30th birthday my friend, so young, yet so together!
