Angelique POAS!!! tooooo exciting!

Well, I went to visit Helen and to see little Nina today and she is doing extremely well!~ Nina is just beautiful! so perfect, still looks so tiny to me at a whopping 4.5KG - still cant imagine Jono!! Oliver is also such a gem, he hardly notices his sister, and gave me lots of smiles. I had such a self indulgent visit! I left Cameron at home so that I could just hold Nina when it suited them and its the first time I could actually get close to Oliver - hes too sweet! Helen, your home is really very homely and the living area has such a nice sparce layout.. I know you want to do alot, but its a great shell and Im quite envious of it! Helen is so thin and looking gorgeous, even had her hair up and make up on! Way more impressive than me with a 2 week old newborn! She did yawn a million times, but hey, Iwas impressed she was managing to even stay awake! I remember how that breastfeeding takes it out of you, especially with such a HUNGRY baby!! Enjoyed our visit Helen, and I look forward to us getting our boys together in the new year~ TAKE IT EASY over christmas if you can!

Went to Lory park today and it was really great.. Cameron loved the tigers and lions and was so excited the whole time, ENERGY like usual! our patience is being tested thats for sure, he has to eat in his own time and we usually give him supper and fight for 40 minutes til he eats it.. By fight, I just mean, leave it on his table and tell him its supper time and if he doesnt eat his supper , he cant have his bottle and then he whines and moans and tantrums and plays ( anything but eat) until he eventually eats most of his supper and then has a bottle, and thats on a good night! The other nights he just doesnt eat and then goes to sleep with no bottle after a very moany bath!~

but Im still LOVING THE holidays with him, and who am I to complain when Lwasi and Amu and Julz and Dylan are so far apart - hope time is flying by for you guys! soon to be reunited!

Vix - wow - you are a strong woman! and I really hope Alex falls inlove with the boob soonest!!

Just made about 2.5L of mojitos! Oh my word...it was so good! I could drink it all night if I didn't run out of sprite! Lol. Told Gerard to watch me make it so he can make for my bday.

Went to visit my cousin down from jhb with her 3w old. She's so cute...and huge! Like 4.5kgs or something...but so strong and alert....man makes me so broody!

Addison is sleeping so well since off bottle...sleeps thru except to come to our bed now after being in our bed for a week. She threw milk out on her bed while we were asleep and it stank so much cause it was hot! So put mattress outside then it rained wet...so she was in our bed for a few nights....so last night she woke up and walked straight to our bed and hopped in.lol. But I don't mind.

I read all the posts while drinking a glass of wine and now I've forgotten everything lol.

All I can remember is that Angelique needs to pee on a stick? lol

Vix, I know it's hectic. ANd I can't even give you advice, other than that it will get better as you know. THe only thing is that I didn't also have a toddler so I can't imagine how hard that must be. The only consolation is that I saw a lady who had toddler twins and newborn twins in the mall the other day. At least you don't have that! lol And that also made me shut my legs tighter than they've ever been. She looked so utterly exhausted and I wanted to cry for her.

We have been having such a nice time. We went to Jongensfontein (picturesque little beach town just 15 mins from Stilbaai) this morning and had ice cream on the beach while the kids played in the rock pools. They had SO MUCH FUN! It was so amazing to see them and my nephew playing together so nicely.

Tomorrow we're going to a petting zoo and playground with all the kids and then when they go down for their nap my SIL, me and my brother's gf are going for pedicures. Then on Wednesday we have to go to the mall in George for more Christmas shopping because my stupid brother bought us all gifts and we didn't think we were buying anything and then we're visiting my best friend in George. So nice that so many of my friends come to their parent's homes this side of the world every December.

I am really utterly relaxed and the kids have been so good. They sleep for 2-3 hours every afternoon then go down between 20h00-20h30. Wake up anything between 07h00 and 08h00. The weather hasn't been amazing but we take it one day at a time. We never plan ahead because you can never predict the weather here. But we've had plenty of time to play on the beach so far. When my brothers and their attachments leave on the 28th my aunt, uncle and cousins are coming (the ones who always look after the twins) and I can't wait for that. They've already said that C and I must leave the twins here one day and go explore Mosselbay. I can't wait for that.

Anyway, let me get going. The fam wants to play 30 Seconds now. Oh, I'm also SO full all the time. We are eating non-stop. Tonight I told them I'm not making dessert because I just can't anymore. And we haven't even reached Christmas yet lol!

Heading home now

I am so tired but still have to clean the house as it looks like a hurrican went straight through it.
