Some of the cartoons on tv are so 'dark' and the kids are hooked. Hoepfully Shrey will remain a Barney fan ... even Ice Age 3 isn't as bad as that Ben10 stuff.

I agree...Ben10 a bit dark at this age. I saw an episode on tv one day and Addy REFUSEd to let me change the channel...its actually shocking to me that parents let their kids watch it. it was kinda scary in my opinion!

Vix I saw bath crayons at game for way less than that! I'm sure it was about R30?? Unless I looked wrong..... G didnt wanna buy it cause he said then it would encourage her to write on other surfaces???? MEN! I really liked the idea though.

I could NEVER EVER in a million years be a stay at home mom...I love my child, but i'd probably go insane or be sent to jail for child abuse! So I totally understand!!!!

I was watching Scandal last night and they show missing kids afterwards...I wanted to burst into tears...there was a child probably about 2 months old missing.... this world...then we wonder why we are excited to have kids and bring them into this sick, sad world:-(

Lol Simone glad there aren't so many characters for boys & that Shrey doesn't know about Ben10 cos I find that too busy & dark??? Sure you can get her a boys t-shirt - nobody will question girls in boys clothes but vice versa would bring the roof down lol.
Will have a look in Ackermans. Edgars had only 1 set that he doesn't have so we got that on Sunday when we exchanged that Bad Boy set he got for his bday.

Re Toy Story toys - at this age the Woody & Jessie is a bit of a waste. Shrey only got the Buzz but remember it has many more features so he's still fascinated with it. If it was Woody/Jessie he would have lost interest long ago. And I'm not sure about Addy but Shrey would be too rough with toys and would break the string on the dolls. But if you want as keepsake/collectors item it will be nice. Obviously Jessie/Woody can't get baths like say Barbie may get

Simone- I would've gladly done it even without the impending arrival of twins, but that comes from never being away from him i think, down side to being a SAHM.

Nicole- i would say it's probably a post nasal drip causing him to cough especially since it starts hours after sleeping. Have you tried the herbaforce post nasal drip drops in his bedtime bottle?
