Julz I've never made the paneer myself but I LOVE it!!! There's a recipe where they make it like butter chicken but it has loads of fresh cream, it's divine. Then they make it with a tomoto chutney or with a gravy that we make for fish curry YUMMY!!! You see now you have me drooling for paneer lol. Plan on buying 20l's of milk this weekend for my mum to make some paneer ... can eat till my heart is content!
