Hello
Moomie obviously didn't like my post lol, must be something to do with the change over to a new server, nevermind, I think there was probably about half a dozen posts lost
Anyways, Theo is able to fix the pipe which is a relief, only bummer is its taking longer than I'd like, I haven't been able to run any water down the drain since yesterday which is driving me round the bend, can't anything, rinse anything etc etc grrrr. And I have so much washing to catch up on and I can't do any of it (unless I want to resort to hand washing in a bucket in the garden and I'm not quite that desperate yet lol). Still, I shouldn't complain I should just be grateful that Theo can fix it. Its been a bit of a pain but its kinda forced our hand into doing something we probably would've put off, around the drain was a whole load of paving that has sunk and we've both been a bit concerned as to what's causing it so in the process of digging up the drain we've been able to dig the paving as well and luckily its nothing serious, just an old tree underneath that was obviously cut down and then just built on top, as its died out its dried out and shrunk leaving huge holes where the roots have shrivelled so it was only a case of filling and packing which is a huge relief, we were both concerend it might've been caused by some major plumbing issues.
Vix - Lol at no being able to see your lady anymore, I can still just about manage it but it is getting tricky and I have to lift the tummy to see properly lol. The thing I'm struggling with now is putting my socks on, just can't bend over my tummy comfortably anymore. As for trying to get comfortable I feel your pain but it must be loads worse for you carrying 2! My right ribs are aching frequently as that's where it seems to kick/punch the most. My appointment is on Tues, feels like just yesterday that I was there last.
Ally - Glad you're having fun, lol at your free gift, enjoy shopping!
Mandy - Sounds like you had a blast, you deserve some time to yourself.
Julz - If you do get the chance to pop in, have a safe trip and enjoy!!
Took Oliver shoe shopping this morning, man he's soooo difficult when it comes to shoes, not only does he hate trying shoes on so he cries and fusses but its also mega difficult to find shoes that fit, he seems to have narrow feet so its really hard to find something that's long enough but not too wide. Grrrr. He also seems to have a phobia of new shoes, he'll fuss and tantrum like mad when I put them on for the first few days and will try pull them off. He's worn a hole through the toes on his current takkies from riding his bike and using his toes as brakes lol.
Theo and I were talking the other day about the baby, I am so glad we fell pregnant before we moved in to the house, the timing some might say is totally mad having just commited ourselves to a hefty bond and plenty of fixing up costs BUT, if I hadn't been pregnant then we would most definitely have moved in and chickened out for now and said no we can't afford it. Now there's no question of affording it, its a non negotiable so we've already started working it into our budget as we pay the bond. If we'd have waited who knows how long we would've put it off for and I really would like to be done having kids by the time I'm 30.
Anyways, that's all for me, hope you are all enjoying your weekend
