DH has also spoken to an accountant lady he knows and apparently the ICB qualification is a good one to have So, Ladies, I am finally gonna start studying something (10 years after I finished matric) Wish me luck and know that I will probably be very scarse form now on. Classes every Saturday morning until end Nov and then exam on 11 Dec.... I am also contemplating doing one of the other subjects (only 2 Sat afternoon classes) in Nov as well and then have to do 2 more subjects in 2011 to get the 1st qualification! Oooooh, I am actually excited! Hope it lasts....

Ok, I have something to share... Called some potential clients today to get email addresses / fax numbers so I can send them our specials. So at this one place the lady tells me: "Its almost 3, phone back on Monday" (it was 14:47) So after that call we had a nice joke in the office, everytime the phone rang the boss said, no tell them its almost 3 they must phone back on Monday..... LOL Oh, and btw at 3 he said, "well its 3 o'clock now lets leave before someone else phones...."
Oh, and I got a little bonus for running the office while they were away, and he said something about maybe contributing towards my study costs so fx for that.

We are going to a braai tonight and tomorrow morning at 7 we are off to my moms for the weekend, so probably wont log on before sunday eve, hope you all have a wonderful weekend...

Not sure if you guys are aware if this but Boehringer Ingelheim has voluntarily recalled a batch of Buscopan 0,1% Syrup 100ml (in other words the Buscopan Paediatric syrup) due to contamination by a harmless bacteria.
Batch numbers being recalled are:
Lot No. 194A
Lot No. 201A
Lot No. 205A
Lot No. 206A
Lot No. 207A

Please check yours guys. If you have one of these batches you can take it back to pharmacy for a refund.

Had a hectic morning but glad it's almost all over now. And got indication from my director that they don't pay much attention to my assistants complaints, waffling and general know-it-all attitude. Nice to know that I'm not wasting my time here and they do still value my professional opinion and the quality of my work. Now if they would just reward that with an increase but the company is only now starting to feel the pinch of the recession

DF and I have also been alot closer since K's birth, I think he gained alot more respect for me and woman in general for what they go through in the birthing process etc. I think children just bring a couple together completely

luckily we will able to relax this weekend, the last few weekends we have been shopping, shopping and more shopping for the wedding, so tomorrow will be monthly grocery shopping, and then just relaxing. my mom will proberly come over for a visit and then Sunday going to take to the touch farm if the weather permits.

Gerard made a bed in the lounge last night...and lit some candles while I was putting Addison down. I was so tired and not impressed he wanted ooh la la la...lol...but the man is very persuasive And the man had just treated me to a lovely night out at the Ocean basket...with wine, sushi, prawns...i could hardly say no...lol. (Wait...am i making it sound like i am a prostitute?? Trading sex for food?? lol. Maybe that didnt come out right!)

Hi ladies

You guys did read that my husband fainted at the altar right? So mine is more a case of reliving the day, minus the fainting. My wedding was a very sad day for me for a long time. I cried all the way to take pics. People for months, even years later loved reminding me about the fainting...not my beautiful flowers, or hair or or or....the fainting (well except my nearest and dearest)! So that is why I would want to relive my wedding day.

That being said...there is no way anything is more special than my daughter's birth. I fell more in love with Gerard than I ever thought possible because he has been the very best husband and father ever since the minute she was born. (best husband from the day I married him though)

I always tell him...I dont know what we were doing before we had her...she has completed us.
