Vix yip I do remember you saying growing pains but someone else (can't remember who) said maybe too little still for growing pains but you're right they all hit things at different stages.

Vix if you find the pram at one of the Dbn stores I can get it for you and send it up with either my sis or sil whomever is visiting at that time. One lives in Alberton & other one is in Sandton so not sure if that will help u at all.

Lisha- i suggested growing pains before1 I'm sure they can have growing pains, i mean they are growing after all hey? And he is nearly 2 and we know all these babies hit different things at different times. Maybe try massaging his legs before sleep.

Ally- when are you due for your yearly check up? You've been getting those funny cramps a lot again lately so i think a check up won't do any harm.

Oh and boys usually potty train sitting down but i never showed C how to do it, he just copied his dad so didn't really have a choice, trust me, if you can teach them to sit then great because C now insists on holding his willy and this morning he pointed it everywhere but the potty LOL Oh an C has been circumcised so his willy kinda points forward whereas as normally the foreskin would sort of pull it down (Elwyn says stick to the ball bag but that doesn't sound nice LOL) so if C sits he just pees forward.

Lisha- oh that's a much better HG special, I actually have enough HG to last me til next year and end of next year for the twins.

Julz- sorry about your bad nights and hectic days but soon you will be in a much better job! Oh and i found other pain meds don't help C's teething half as much as Ponstil have you tried it?

Helen- sorry Oliver has been sick and you are now the one suffering the consequences, grrrr.

i went to toys R us to check out the pram i wanted and they have sold out so now I'm on a huge toys R us hunt to see who still has stock of my twin pram!!!!!!!

Yoza hope you guys slept better last night. Re the weaning process I'm sure you'll be stronger or more determined than me ... all my efforts at weaning thus far have been half hearted so it was doomed from the beginning lol.

We had a not so good night ... okay well maybe I should say morning. He woke up crying at around 3 and again before 5 Complained of leg pain again!!! I did some reading on the net and although he's going through it a bit earlier lots of people found that their kids were experiencing growing pains at around 2 years (if not a little bit earlier). If it happens more frequently than once every couple weeks then I'll have him checked out.

Otherwise Shrey is well. I feel like a zombie and have a strange uneasy feeling this morning ... no idea why. We have friends coming to Dbn this weekend so I'm looking forward to spending some time with them, last we saw each other was in Jan 2009. And hoping Shrey plays well with their 2 little boys aged 4 & 2.5

Oops one more thing. Julz I was thinking of Dylan & the remote incident last night & this morning. My GHD hairbrush has been MIA for more than a week now, hope it hasn't suffered the same fate as your remote lmao.

So ANOTHER person I know is pregnant. That is now 10 people. This is bizarre.

I am in such a crappy mood today. I am on my period and this might be TMI but I have NEVER had such a heavy flow in my life. I go through a super tampon every 2 hours. I usually use regulars and they last like 4-5 hours. WTF is going on? I had such bad cramps this morning that C said I should go take a warm bubble bath. Feeling much better now THANK GOOOODness. I haven't worn pads in 6 years but I feel like I need to wear one AND a tampon...grrrr. I hate going to the gynae but I think I might need to.

shame just send her to school as have to go dentist and shoppin et)c with sus already with xen in tow but she saw cousin this morning (she is 2.5) so she was crying for her maaitjie all the way to school - but she will see her 3 days straight so i cant be asked to keep her home for a day of driving and errands

helen - i was sick all through xen's pregnancy wow it got me totally under and made me exhausted

btw didnt know knackered is british word - me and brett use it all the time must have picked up in london without realizing

nicole - lea also eats only now and then night now a day but scoffs it at school so not stressed oh and boys rarely potty train before 2 (except c by looks of it LOL) so wont even give it 2nd thought

oh and am i wrong in wondering do boys stand or sit initially when start to train - have no idea?

anyhoe lea slept again till 6.30 WTF?????? she sleeps straight through and an extra hour - seems daddy ignoring her completely is what lacked all this time
