Hi ladies.


Our anniversary was so nice. We went to go see Inception, which is really the movie of the year! It's
A cool movie!! Then we went to Ocean Basket coz we both wanted prawns soooo bad. We stuffed ourselves. Really a very nice day!

Feeling very miff today. No idea why. My dad found a few houses he really liked so now he just needs to decide which one he wants. He saw a house for 5 mill which he says is his dream house but it's so way above his budget that it's not worth it. But he was like a school boy describing it, shame!

No plans for today, just going to chill at home probably.

Vix, Glad you decided to keep the pram. The twins lived in their pram for the first 9 months when we went out but now we rarely use it coz they sit in the trolley etc when we go shop.

Oh yes, forgot to say, did you manage to lay a complaint about that recipe stealer on Jamie Oliver's site? I'm sure they would not be at all impressed!

Mandy- i am so pleased Cam is recovering so so well! it's probably already changed his life so much that the post op pain is nothing in comparison!

Helen- i was thinking about you a lot this morning, you must be due another scan soon? Do you have any ideas or theories on the sex of your baby? Very exciting but seriously i wish the next 16w would hurry up so you can have your baby LOL i am no good at surprises! LOL

So I have been thinking about the pram and i think Elwyn is right, we'll probably only use it for 6 months before we go for something smaller anyways, even if i change it for another one it's probably still not going to fit through doorways at places like Dr's rooms so we'll have to adjust our ways of doing things anyway. But i will just go and re measure the Chelino one and try the car seats in it just for peace of mind.

I'm not too worried about fitting in shopping malls, i don't do those very often anyway and that is certainly not my idea of fun with twins and a toddler, rather run in alone and get what i need when i need it.

I just really want the pram for at home and friends houses so the babies can nap and for taking walks around the park and zoo etc and most of those places will have disabled facilities so I'll fit the pram.

I actually never imagined it would fit between the doorways in the first place until i read about a pram online that is 78cm wide and WILL fit through a standard doorway but standard doorways in Eurpoe differ greatly to standard door ways in SA, i don't think there is a real 'standard' as such.

so yes i have convinced myself that i made the right choice LOL

I bought a cheapie pram for C and glad i did because it only got used for 5m until he sat in the stroller and I'll probably do the same again.

What a day, Oliver got out the wrong side of the bed and has been hard work ALLLLLL day, days like this I'm glad when its bedtime. I think half his problem is the lack of speech so everytime he gets upset its either whingy whiny moany or a full blown tantrum, man its annoying!

Mandy I'm so glad Cam is responding well to the op and recovering so quickly. I don't know if you got my sms, I would so love to meet tomorrow and I want to say yes but I'm still getting over this cold and I have a horrible cough so the last thing I want to do is pass it on to Cameron whilst he's on the mend. I don't have any plans for next weekend so maybe we can arrange something for then if you're not too busy?

Simone - Its gotta suck Gerhard working over the weekend. Lucky Addy (and you) being spoilt by Granny!

Vix - Sorry about the pram Hope you find a suitable solution, I'm sure the shop will take it back...at least worth a try if you're unhappy with it.

My mom is still here and the weather is gorgeous We took her for breakfast this morning and had a ball. Cameron is actually sitting at the table with us at the moment and not running away to play all the time and its really fun! We can actually sit together as a couple as long as we keep him entertained at the table!

Helen - what are you doing tomorrow? Wanna come over for tea at our place? I will sms you and see if you wanna bring Oliver over ??

Vix, Sorry you don't like the pram anymore. I'm sure it will be fine though, remember, most shops have wide doors anyway.

Mandy, I still wanted to say, THANX AGAIN for referring me! Even though the stand is going to be small, I'm sure the exposure will be great!

We had so much fun at my aunts. Now tomorrow we have to go drop the babies at 10 and then we're off to lunch and a movie for our anniversary. Can't believ we've been married for 2 years already!
